Usage Instructions
Step 1: Receive Chat Link via SMS
We will send you an SMS with a chat link. Click on the link to launch
WhatsApp.
Step 2: Guided by Virtual Assistant
In WhatsApp, follow the instructions provided by our Virtual Assistant,
Shirley.
Step 3: Activate Subscription
Upon successful redemption, you will receive an SMS with a URL link. Click
on the link to activate your Disney+ Premium subscription.
Step 4: Agree to Terms and Conditions
Check the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box after verifying your
mobile number. Tap on “Get OTP”.
Step 5: Verify OTP and Activate
Complete OTP verification and press “Bring me to Disney+” to activate your
Disney+ Premium account.
Step 6: Account Setup
Set up your account by entering a different email address and creating a
new password on the Disney+ page.
Note: Use a unique email address for each Disney+ Premium redemption.
Installation Instructions
- Step 1 : We’ll send an SMS to you with a chat link. Simply click on the link to launch WhatsApp and start redeeming your Disney+ Premium offer.
- Step 2 : After launching WhatsApp, our Virtual Assistant, Shirley will guide you through the redemption journey.
- Step 2a : A redemption code will automatically appear in the text field. Press “send” to start chatting.
- Step 2b : we’ll send a message with your offer summary and mobile number. Reply “1” if the mobile number on screen is correct or reply with the Singtel mobile number that you received the earlier SMS on.
- Step 2c : We’ll send a one-time password (OTP) to the mobile number entered, key in the 6-digit code to continue.
- Step 2d : We’ll send a message with your offer details for verification. Tap on “Submit My Order” to finish your redemption.
- Step 3: Upon redemption success, we’ll send you an SMS to activate your Disney+ Premium subscription. Click on the URL link in the SMS to start.
- Step 4: Check the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box after verifying your mobile number. Then tap on “Get OTP”.
- Step 4a: We’ll send an OTP code to your mobile number.
- Step 4b : Enter the OTP to start the verification process.
- Step 5: After OTP verification is done, tap the “Bring me to Disney+” button to start activate your Disney+ Premium account.
- Step 6: Set up your account on the Disney+ page by entering your email address. Then create a new password to continue.
Note : You’ll need to use a different email address to set up your account, for every unique Disney+ Premium redemption.
