This manual will help you get the most out of your automatic pet feeder. We will guide you through the setup process, as well as provide you with useful tips and advice for acclimating your pet to their new automatic feeder.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Always place the feeder on a level surface. Avoid uneven or unstable flooring, which may affect the reliability in automatic feeding.
• Always unplug the unit before cleaning or servicing.
• Never put any wet, canned or moist food.
• Never install or store the pet feeder where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below -4
• /-20°C.
• Never use rechargeable batteries. Use alkaline AA batteries to power.
• Never sit on or place anything on top of the feeder.
• Never wet or submerge the feeder except for those items outlined in this manual as hand-washable.
• Never allow children and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge use, clean, or maintain the feeder without supervision, instruction concerning its use in a safe way, and understanding of the hazards involved. Children below 8 years of age should not be allowed contact with the feeder .
• Never allow children or others to play with the feeder.
• Never use an external power supply other than the one provided with the unit.
• Never turn the unit upside down when there is food present in the Hopper, even if the Hopper Lid is fastened securely.
• Never allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. If you are concerned about the power cord, purchase a cord conduit (a hard plastic protector) at any hardware store to protect the power cord. If an extension cord is necessary, one unit with a proper rating should be used.
• Check the batteries regularly. Before leaving for extended time, always replace batteries with new ones.
• ONLY Suitable for dry food with kibble size ranging from 3-16mm / 0.1-0.6 inch in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck at the food outlet.
• If the external power supply is damaged, please contact us for a replacement.

How Much to Feed a Pet Chart
The feeder schedues up to 6 meals a day, up to 20 portions per meal
Your individual pet’s needs may vary from these recommendations and it is best to check with your veterinarian for required daily portions depending on food type.

Lock & Unlock

How to unlock
Press and hold “ ” button 3 seconds to unlock, the operation interface is unlocked.

How to lock
Press and hold “ ” button 3 seconds to lock, the operation interface is locked.
Warm Tips: In order to prevent touching by accident, the feeder will lock its buttons after 30 seconds of no operation.
When the feeder is locked , long press “ ” button for 3 seconds to unlock.

PROGRAM SETTING

STEP 1 – Set Current Time

In unlocked state, long press “ ” button for 3 seconds to enter setting mode. (pay attention to the 24-hour format)

TIP: Please note the conversion between 24hour format and 12-hour format Example: 9:00AM = 9:00; 10:00pm = 22:00 More details on Page 10.

• Reference for portion setting on Page 6-8.
• The first few portions may vary and it doesn’t mean faulty equipment. After about 6 feeds, it should be almost even.

PROGRAM SETTING
How to Reset the Feeder?
If you want to delete all previous settings, you can reset the feeder to default settings. In the Unlocked State, press and hold “+ ” button for 5 seconds.

Manual Feeding
When the feeder is unlocked state, press ” ” button for 1 time to start manual feeding
The number next to icon always indicates the portions of the last feeding.

How to Clean?

Warm Tips:

• The machine base cannot be washed with water, which will damage the electronic components.
• The washable parts are as follows: lid (without desiccant), food tank, stainless steel bowl, bowl tray.
• It’s recommended to clean the feeder regularly for the health of your pet. Cats do not like to eat or drink from dirty bowls and they are very sensitive to smell, which will come from dishes not well washed.

After about 6 feeds, it should be almost even.
·  Don’t use oxidation pet food, kibbles will be sticky and affect the feeder program and the pet’s health
·  Always ensure the feeder lid is tightly sealed.
·  Desiccant should be changed every month to keep the kibbles dry and fresh.
·   After you scoop pet food from the bag, immediately seal it to prevent unnecessary air and humidity from reaching the kibbles.
How to delete the video recording|  Check page 13: STEP 3 – Feeding Voice Recording
Cannot hear any voice when feeding| Make sure you’ve recorded successfully – unlock the screen and press the record button to check. If no sound is heard, you may need to record again.  Check page 13: STEP 3 – Feeding Voice Recording
Control buttons are not respondive| Make sure the control panel is not locked. Unlock first(hold “ ” for 3s) before using the control panel.
No display on the screen| · Without any operation within 30s, the screen is locked and dimmed.
Please press and hold the “ ” button 3s to unlock the screen.
· Check whether the power adapter is connected to the socket.
· If your feeder is only powered by batteries, make sure the batteries have enough power.
· If the above solutions don’t work, please contact our support team via email.
Not dispensing meal sizes programmed or not dispensing food at all| · Be sure to add dry food with a size of 0.1-0.6 inch (3-16mm) in diameter. Do not add canned, moist or wet food.
· Remove the food tank to check if the machine base is properly installed.
· Check if the food is stuck or the food outlet is blocked.
· Check if there is food stuck to the bottom, clean thoroughly until food is removed.
· Check if the pet feeder is properly connected to a powered electrical outlet or if the outage occurs with no backup batteries installed.
I can’t remember the meal settings| In “ ” lock / “ ” unlock state, press the “ ”button and you can see the each meal settings.

New to automatic feeder?

Introducing Your Pet to the Automatic Feeding Location Is Key
Place the Auto-Feeder next to the current food bowl(s). Set it up, and press “ ” button to dispense some familiar food. Do not start a feeding schedule yet. Give your pets a day or two to explore the Auto-Feeder If your pets show no interest, entice them to approach the Auto-Feeder by using some treats in the Food Bowl.
Introduce Automatic Feeding
Once you notice that your pets have eaten from the Auto-Feeder press the “ ” button while your pets are in the room with you so they can observe the food dispensing and become familiar with the sound of the feeder while you are there to reassure them.
Set Your Automatic Feeding Mode
Take away your pets’ old food bowls and set your choice of Automatic Feeding Mode. For the next few days, keep an eye on your pet and the Auto-Feeder to confirm that your pet is eating comfortably from the unit.
