Wireless charging power transmission rate is regulated by the wireless charging device receiving power which can be influenced by factors like, but not limited to, proprietary charging protocols, ambient temperature, current battery percentage level, and age of the device being charged.

5 Year Limited Warranty

WorkLife Brands LLC warrants, to the original purchaser, this NXT Technologies product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 5 (five) years from the original date of purchase. WorkLife Brands LLC, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase as it will be required for any warranty service. In order to keep the warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as described in the instructions accompanying this warranty. TO THE EXTENT WARRANTIES CAN NOT BE DISCLAIMED OR EXCLUDED, THEY ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE RELEVANT EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD. WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WORKLIFE BRANDS LLC OR SUCH OTHER ENTITIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF WORKLIFE BRANDS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, ASSOCIATES, DEALERS, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS LIMITATION IS CUMULATIVE AND WILL NOT BE INCREASED BY THE EXISTENCE OF MORE THAN ONE INCIDENT OR CLAIM. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY WARRANTY OR REMEDY PROVIDED FAILS IN ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
