Universal setting cable for tubular motors
Brief instructions for RolloTube C/M/S-line tubular motors
Item no. 9600 00 86 DANGER!
Risk of fatal electric shock when touching electrical components.
- The connection of the tubular motor to the universal setting cable and the final connection of the tubular motor to the mains may only be undertaken by an authorized qualified electrician.
- Carry out all connection work only in an isolated, de-energized state.
- Disconnect all phases of the mains power lead and secure it to prevent any reconnection.
- Check that the system is de-energized.
Intended use
Use the universal setting cable only for end point setting or for adjusting
the end points of RADEMACHER tubular motors.
Improper use
Do not use the universal setting cable:
- for the permanent control of a tubular motor.
- for the connection and control of other electrical appliances.

The universal setting cable is designed for commissioning, endpoint setting or
adjusting the endpoints of RADEMACHER tubular motors.
Support for the new C-line / M-line and
S-Line tubular motor generation with:
- Sensor function
- Single-hand operation possible
- Connection with the same colours
- Manual end point setting
Support for current RADEMACHER tubular motors:
The current generation of RolloTube I-line (& DuoFern), X-line motors are also
supported.

RolloTube C-line / M-line and S-Line
The connection is made with the same colours as the motor con-necting cable
of the respective RolloTube tubular motor.
Before you begin the work, please read the detailed operating manual of the
respective tubular motor and follow all the safety instructions and
installation instructions.
Pin assignment
- Open the terminal contacts by pressing the plungers and connect all the wires of the motor cable with the same col-ours and corresponding to their functions.
- Then insert the mains plug into the mains socket.
Only RolloTube S-line

First switch on the continuous phase.
Continue with point 2.
RolloTube C/M and S-line -
Move the roller shutter in the desired direction with button 1.
Recommendation First in the up direction. -
In addition …

Release the button again as soon as the desired end point is reached.

You can adjust the end point in small steps by briefly pressing the button.

Switch off the specified direction of travel after successfully setting the end points.
The respective end point is stored. -
Only RolloTube S-line
-
Switch off the continuous phase.
Exiting end point setting, see next column.
Only RolloTube S-line

First switch on the continuous phase.
Continue with point 2.
RolloTube C/M and S-line -
Connect both directions of travel to the mains supply for approx. 5 seconds until the tubular motor confirms this by briefly running up and down.
After that the factory set-tings are loaded.
Exiting endpoint setting/factory settings

Remove the mains plug from the socket.

Disconnect the motor connecting cable.

Reconnect the tubular motor to the mains.

After the endpoint setting
Connect the tubular motor to the mains as specified in the respective operating manual. -
After loading the factory settings Restore the original tubular motor connection.
