The Assembly Instruction

1. First, take up the two bottom bracket- arms andfour wheels from the pack.
2. Press the pedal of the wheels, and lock the wheels. Assemble the wheels into the holes of the two bottom bracket-arms clockwise. (Then, use a wrench to assemble the screw cap tightly.)
3. Take up the pedestal from the pack. Assemble the bottom bracket-arms on the pedestal according to the figure and tighten the plum wrenches. (Lossen before regulate the width and tighten after the regulation)
4. Take up the main bar from the pack and insert it into the hole of the pedestal. The side with the label faces out.
5. Take up the armrest from the pack and insert it into the holes of the main bar. Rotate the armrest slightly to regulate the position. Fix the armrest on the main bar with a pin and lock the pin.
   • Break off the pin from the front to the back and from left to the right.
6. Assemble the seat back. Insert the two sides of seat back into the hole of the armrest.
7. Assemble the cushion. Insert the buckles of the cushion into the four elements of the armrest.
8. Assemble finished.

This product is not suitable for patients with paralysis or cerebellar atrophy.

METHOD OF USE

Brief instruction of the machine

1. Put the cushion of the machine under the hip of the patient when the patient lie in bed. Then, lift the patient up to sit by the bed.
2. Push the machine under the bed. Buckle the cushion buckles under the hip of the patients to the machine safe buckles.
3. Assemble the seat back of the machine and tread the front wheel brake of the machine.
4. Rotate the crank and lift the patient up until the cushion totally separate from the bed. Release the front wheel brake and push the patient to the wheelchair or the pedestal pan.
5. Rotate the crank and lower the patient. Set the patient to the wheelchair and release the safe buckle of the cushion. Remove the seat back of the machine and push the machine to other places.
6. Follow the above steps, the users can move the patient to the wheelchair easily without the lifting the patient directly.

POINTS TO NOTE

1. Examine the active pins and screws frequently to avoid the equipment loosening and dropping out. Add a little lubricating oil on the hinged shaft monthly.
2. When the machine approach the patients, be careful that the suspender should be lower than the elbow of the patient in case that the seat back fail to protect the patient.
3. When using the cushion, the patient should try to keep the upper body straight.
4. When using the cushion, regulate the cushion suspension belt to the appropriate height in case that the patient fall down and hurt.
5. If the abrasion or the split seams of suspension belt and cushion occurs, the users must replace the new equipment of keep safty.
6. When the patient is fixed, the movement should be slow down to avoid the turn over the machine.
7. The position of wheelchair or pedestal pan should face the machine directly.
8. The safe static load is 200 KG.

• After receiving the new machine, it is normal that the crank is hard to use. It will be smooth after 5 or 6 times use.
