COMMISSIONING GUIDE
ROLLOTRON BELT WINDER
This guide does not replace the product-specific operating manuals
Detailed information on the safe handling of the installation and the mains
connection can be found in the enclosed detailed operating manual for the
devices.
Plug the mains plug into a free 230 V/ 50 Hz mains socket and set the upper and lower end point:
Setting the upper end point:
Press and hold the buttons at the same time.
The roller shutter travels up.
Release the buttons as soon as the roller shutter reaches the desired position
for the upper end point.
The roller shutter stops.
The upper end point is saved.
Setting the lower end point:
Press and hold the buttons at the same time.
The roller shutter travels down.
Release the buttons as soon as the roller shutter reaches the desired position
for the lower end point.
The roller shutter stops.
The lower end point is saved.

The HomePilot® plays a key role for your smart home.
It manages all the integrated devices and functions reliably and discreetly.
You can access the HomePilot® very easily via a PC, smartphone or tablet –
even if you are not at home.

- Plug the LAN cable provided into the LAN port of the HomePilot® and connect it to a free LAN port on your router. Please refer to the detailed HomePilot® operating manual for the system requirements!
- Connect the power supply provided to the power input ( DC 5 V/3 A) of the HomePilot® and then plug the power supply into a free 230 V / 50 Hz mains socket. Once the mains power is switched on, the LED starts flashing green. The red LED flashes during the boot process.
The HomePilot® is ready to use once the LED lights up green continuously and the red LED is off
ACCESSING THE USER INTERFACE…
Open the
HomePilot® app, select the log on device function via the three points in the
menu on the top right. Activate the log-on mode in your HomePilot® by pressing
the “Start” button.
Alternatively, you can also access the HomePilot® user interface from the
Internet browser at http://homepilot.local or via the HomePilot® IP address.
Then proceed in the
same way as the app description:
Log on the device> Start the HomePilot® log-on mode > Activate the device log-
on mode > Configure the device found.

AND LOGGING ON DEVICES
RolloTron Standard DuoFern:
Activate the log-on mode.
Press the “Timer” and “Set” buttons at the same time for approx. 4 seconds
until the timer LED flashes green.
The device found will be displayed at the bottom in the app. Set up the device
with the Configure button.

APP -DOWNLOAD AND USE!
Scenarios that are possible without other products:
- Privacy protection (day / week programme, astro function)
- Presence simulation (random function)
Possible scenarios with other products:
- Can be remotely controlled (Standard manual transmitter, wall controller (battery option))
- Heat protection (sun sensor, environmental sensor)
- Lock-out protection (window / door contact: if the door is open, the roller shutter does not close)
- Safety (smoke alarm: when triggered, the roller shutters open)
- Rain protection (window / door contact combined with an environmental sensor: If it rains and the window is in the “tilt mode”, the roller shutters close)
