Install the included batteries into your blood
pressure monitor.| Insert the air connector plug into the air socket.

Turn on Bluetooth® settings on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet).
Download the free A&D Heart Track app from the App Store or Google Play.
Get started with the A&D Heart Track app.
5a. Set up an account. Create a username and password
5b. Select Menu 
5c. Click Add Bluetooth Devices
5d. Click and select blood pressure monitor
| 5e. Select UA-651BLE | 5f. Complete the pairing process |

5g. The blood pressure monitor displays “End” to indicate the pairing process is complete.
5h. Click at the bottom| 5i. Select Blood Pressure & Heart Rate. Select Auto

Lay your left arm flat on the table with your palm up. Place the cuff on your
upper arm.| Fasten the cuff tight enough so you can slide two fingers
underneath it.

Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface, elevated to heart
level, palm up.
Press the START button.
Sit quietly as cuff inflates and deflates.
When the measurement is complete, the cuff deflates automatically.
Your systolic and diastolic pressure and pulse rate appear on the screen.
Measurements are sent to your mobile device when the A&D Heart Track app is
open and running. Results are stored in the memory when your mobile device is
not available.
TIPS FOR TAKING BLOOD PRESSURE
BEFORE YOUR MEASUREMENT:

For 30 minutes prior to taking your blood pressure
» Do not exercise
» Do not drink coffee, caffeinated soda or alcohol
» Do not smoke -
Sit quietly for 5-10 minutes

Ensure you are using the right size cuff
| DURING YOUR MEASUREMENT:
- Do not talk
- Sit with your back straight and supported
- Uncross your legs and place your feet flat on the floor
- Rest an arm on a table so that the cuff is at heart level
- Measure two times a day, in the morning and evening
