Product Installation – Option l

With the ground spike.

1. Find a suitable location.
   Solar lights need access to direct sunlight for optimum results; preferably 6-8 hours per day.

2. Assemble the ground spike.
   Assemble the ground spike and extension pole components by screwing them together, then thread into the base of the light and push the spike into the ground. The middle spike component can be removed to adjust the height as preferred.

3. Turn on the light.
   For this model there is no on/off switch or external wiring involved. The light will automatically come on at dusk and turn off at dawn. (If you wish to switch locations in your garden, simply pull out the spike with the light attached and push into the soil wherever you see fit,)

Product Installation – Option 2

Using the light as a pendant.

1. Remove the spike by unscrewing it from the light.
2. With a screwdriver, remove the screw at the base of the light.
3. Flip the light upside down and thread the screw into the inlet located in the centre of the light.
4. To hang, tie a knot around the screw using wire or string.

Make sure you hang the light with the top facing up, otherwise the solar panel will not get charged. The top is the opposite side to where the spike attaches

NOTE : If the light does not turn on, this could be due to the battery not being charged. Leave out in direct sunlight for 6-8 hours and try again.
