Introduction

A compact powerful TV sound bar with sleek looks and excellent audio response. With Dolby audio decoding and processing for superb surround sound effects. Four 5.7cm (2.25″) mid to low range drivers, two tweeters and 2 bass tubes provide clarity across a broad frequency range, with crisp highs and a surprisingly deep bass for the unit’s size. Multiple EQ Modes can be set to optimise your audio output according to type with further enhancement using the Dynamic, Hi-Fi and Surround Sound mode settings. Flexible input options include HDMI (ARC). Optical, Bluetooth and Aux. An integral USB port also enables playback of MP3/WAV files directly from compatible media.

Caring for your TV Sound bar

Do not place naked flame sources, such as lighted candles on or near the sound bar.
Do not expose to liquids. In case of accidental spillage on the unit, disconnect power immediately and then dry the product with clean, soft cloth or paper towels. If you believe fluids may have penetrated he casing allow the unit time to properly dry out at room temperature for as long as it takes. Do not heat the unit or disassemble it as this will invalidate your warranty.
The unit should not be exposed to strong direct sunlight, very high or low temperatures, moisture, strong magnetic fields, or very dusty environments.
Always leave sufficient space around the unit for ventilation.
Do not use abrasives, solvents or polish to clean this product. Use only a clean, damp, soft, cloth.
Never attempt to insert wires, pins or other such objects into the unit.
Do not disassemble or modify the unit, there are no user serviceable parts. If the sound bar is damaged or malfunctions do not use. Consult a qualified service engineer.
Do not dispose of this product with household waste at the end of its life cycle; take it to a designated collection centre for the recycling of electrical and electronic appliances with batteries. Please check with your Local Authority for recycling advice.

Connections – Set up

  1. HDMI (ARC): Use to connect to TV audio using a HDMI cable (not provided). Please Note: In this mode you can use the TV remote to control on/off and volume

  2. OPTICAL IN: Use to connect compatible TV audio using an optical cable (not provided).

  3. USB IN: Use to connect a flash drive containing MP3/WAV files for direct playback (FAT32 format and 64GBmax).
    The media player also has a memory function that will recall and continue from the last-played point when a USB flash drive that has previously been used with the soundbar is reinserted.
    Stop playback and switch off the soundbar before removing USB media to avoid corruption.

    Use the Next Track button (10) on the remote to select the track you want

  4. AUX IN: Use to connect compatible devices (mp3 players, portable CD’s etc.) using the 3.5mm – 3.5mm stereo jack cable (provided).

Indicators (Soundbars)

RED LED : Standby mode, Short press the LED Off key (20) on the
remote to turn Off/On the Standby LED.

GREEN LED:

Bluetooth: Bluetooth mode.
Pairing with phone or tablet for audio input. bt flashing= is ready to pair, bt solid= paired

USB: USB media mode – reading mp3/WAV media attached to USB socket

AUX: Auxiliary input mode – reading from 3.5mm AUX in port and compatible device
OPT: Optical input mode – reading from Optical in port and device connected by OPI: TOSlink opitcal cable
HDMI (ARC): Playing from device connected by HDMI cable

Input Settings
You can connect audio sources to your soundbar and use the remote to select those sources (3/4/5/6).
Audio Settings
You can use the volume (7 or 11) and bass keys (18 or 19) to adjust the sound. Use Previous, Play/Pause and Next (8, 9, 10) keys to control Bluetooth and USB playback.
EQ Presets (12/13/14)
Select the EQ preset that matches the audio being listened to. Select from Music (12), Movie (13), News (14) and Games (14).
Dynamic EQ Mode (15)
Enhance the dynamic effects of the EQ presets: Music/ Movie/ News/ Games, suitable for scenes needing more powerful sound effects.
Hi-Fi EQ Mode (16)
Adjust the sound effect of the different EQ preset: Music/ Movie/ News/ Games, for a clearer sound, suitable for quiet scenes such as dialogue.
3D Surround Sound (17)
Can only be activated in movie mode.
USB Loop Mode (20)
In USB Mode, short press (20) to single loop or full loop the media.

Pairing a Bluetooth audio source

To play music from your phone, tablet or mp3 player wirelessly pair it with the sound bar.
Enter the Bluetooth mode by pressing the BT button (3), the LED on the soundbar will flash to indicate the device is searching for devices. Open the Bluetooth menu on your device, look for ‘i-box Sonoro’ tap that to connect. When paired successfully the LED on the sound bar will be solid.

If it doesn’t show the first time, move closer and search for new device again.

Now select a piece of music, podcast, audio book etc. and play! Adjust the volume on your device first then on the sound bar to avoid sudden volume increases when changing source.

You don’t need to re-pair. Your soundbar will automatically reconnect with this device when it is in range and both are turned on.
