OVERVIEW
4G Troubleshooting
- Reason-01: 4G Sim card is not active, or is not setup on a data only plan
- Reason-02: Wrong APN is entered within the menu settings. If using:
- ATT: enter broadband as the APN
- T-Mobile: enter fast.t-mobile as the APN
- Reason-03: 4G Antenna is not receiving a 4G signal
- If 4G is still not Online, Please kindly email [email protected] the picture of your LCD screen after pressing the info button on your remote
- Login Main MNVR Menu:
- Username: Admin
- Password:2020
WIFI&3G/4G/LTE Setup
Step-01: WIFI Process: Login MDVR Menu=>”ADVANCE”=>”NETWORK”=>”WIFI”=>”Enable” to auto search out WIFI SSID=>Click the WIFI SSID=> Input Password=> Connect WIFI
Step-02:3G/4G/LTE Setup=>”3G/4G”=>”Switch: Enable”=>”Mode:Manual”=> Input “APN” (see chart options for correct ATT or TMobile Sim card service) APN=> “Access Number:*99#” – SAVE changes – DO NOT USE CTNET AS APN
Step-03: After 3G/4G Setup, On remote, Press “Info” Button to check network and CMSV connection Status
