IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

  9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
  10. Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
  11. Never leave the appliance on unattended.
  12. This appliance is not intended for children or infirm persons without supervision.
  13. Never use an unauthorized attachments or more than one attachment at once.
  14. Never exceed the maximum capacities this manual allowed.
  15. Don’t let children play with this appliance.
  16. Never touch the blade when the appliance is plugged in. It’s very sharp.
  17. Only use this appliance for household use only.
  18. Unplug before inserting or removing parts.
  19. Do not touch the appliance with the hand, spatula, spoon, and etc. during operation.
  20. Do not use the beaters to mix hard ingredients such as frozen butter or dough.
  21. Be certain the attachment is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
  22. Before you plug in, make sure that the voltage and frequency indicated on the rating-plate are the same as your local supply.
  23. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  24. Make sure the appliance is off, the motor has stopped completely, and the appliance is unplugged from outlet before putting on or taking off attachments, and before cleaning.
  25. This appliance is not intended for persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

HOW TO USE

The hand blender is intended for: blending liquid, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes. mixing soft ingredients, pancake batter or mayonnaise. pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.

  1. Align the motor body with the rod part and slide the two pieces together until you hear and feel the pieces click together. (according to Fig. 1)
    HOW TO USE

  2. Put food into the prep bowl. Be sure the food is cut into small pieces, and the bowl is not overloaded.

  3. Every time before using this appliance, make sure the two pieces click together.

  4. Press and hold down the button on the hand blende, it will immediately begin to mix.

  5. Taking your fingers off the button, appliance will stop mixing.

  6. Do not hold the button ON for longer than 50 seconds at a time and with a rest timer up than 60 seconds.

  7. Slide the two pieces away according to Fig. 2
    HOW TO USE

CAUTION
Never touch the blades when the appliance is plugged in. The blades are very sharp.

HOW TO CLEAN AND STORE

  1. Unplug the power cord plug firstly.
  2. Slide the two pieces away.
  3. Wash the rod part with water and dry them.
  4. Clean the motor housing with damp cloth. Motor housing must not be immersed in water or any other liquid.
  5. Do not use thinner, benzene, metal wire brush, polishing powder or chemical mop. Such may cause scratching or discoloring of the motor housing.
  6. Please place at cool and dry place.

NOTE

  • This unit is for household use. If you try mixing heavy ingredients the motor will burn out and your guarantee will not apply.
  • Correct Disposal of this product.
