ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
This bumper comes complete with LED lights which need to be connected to ae.
Failure to properly make these connections could result in damage to the LED
lights and or your vehicle and may result in personal injury. If you are not
qualifmake the proper connections, we highly recommend that contact an
installation expert to complete the connections

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1.
Proceed to the inside of the vehicle wheel well. Using a plastic clip removal tool or a similar tool locate and remove 3 factory clips holding the inner fender on the factory bumper. Discard all hardware. Repeat the step for the other side -
Step 2.
Pull back the inner fender to gain access to two factory nuts. Using a 10mm wrench locate and remove 2 factory nuts holding the factory bumper onto vehicleDiscard factory hardware. Repeat the step for the other side -
Step 3.
Open the vehicle’s rear door. Using a T-20 torx bit remove 2 factory bolts holding the bumper ontothe vehicle. Discard factory hardware -
Step 4.
Using a plastic clip removal tool locate and remove 4factory clips holding the bumper onto the vehicleDiscard factory hardware Removing Factory Bumper Continued -
Step 5.
Working underneath the vehicle using a plastic clip removal tool locate and remove 2 factory clips holding the bumper onto the vehicle -
Step 6.
Firmly pull on one side of the factory bumper working your way to the other side. Be careful not to damage the factory bumper Step 7.
With help from the assistant remove the factory bumper from the vehicle. Set factory bumper aside in a protected area -
Step 8.
Using a 18mm socket locate and remove two factory bolts holding the factory two hitch carriers on the vehicle. Repeat the step for the other side -
Step 9.
Using an 18mm socket locate and remove one factory bolt holding the tow hitch carrier onto the vehicle. Repeat the step for the other side -
Step 10.
Using an 18mm socket locate and remove one factory bolt holding the tow hitch carrier onto the vehicle. Repeat the step for the other side. With help from an assistant remove factory two hitch. Set factory hardware aside for later use
Installing New Bumper

Step 1.
Place supplied mounting bracket B onto the vehicle Line up the hole in the mounting bracket B with the holes in the vehicle. Reinstall factory bolts through the holes in the mounting bracket B and onto the vehicleTighten down using a 18mm socket -
Step 2.
Place supplied mounting bracket A onto mounting bracket B Line up the holes in the mounting bracket with the holes in mounting bracket B -
Step 3.
Place supplied M10x1. 5x35mm hex head bolt ( J )with supplied M10 split washer ( ) and M10 flat washer ( H ) through the holes in the mounting bracket and onto the holes on the hitch carrier. Repeat the step or the remaining bolt. Tighten down using a 16mm socket. Repeat the step for the other side mounting bracket -
Step 4.
install the supplied end cap using the supplied M12 bolt with the supplied M12 flat washer through the hole in the endcap, pad and the hole in the bumper Place the suppliedM12 flat washer, M12 split washer and M12 nut the end of a bolt -
Step 5.
Place the supplied speed clip ( G ) onto the bumper as shown in the speed clip with the holes in the bumper repeat the step for the other side -
Step 6.
With help from an assistant place bumper on the vehicle. Line up the holes in the bumper with the holes in the mounting bracket -
Step 7.
Working underneath the vehicle. Place a supplied M12x1. 5x35mm hex head bolt ( L ) with supplied M12flat washer ( M ) through the hole in the bumper and through the holes in the mounting bracket. Place the supplied M12 flat washer and supplied M12 split washer ( N ) at the end of the bolt. Start a supplied M12x1 5 hex head nut at the end of the bolt. Tighten down using a 17mm socket. Repeat the step for the remaining bolt. Repeat the step for the other side mounting bracket -
Step 8.
Place a supplied M8x1. 25x30mm hex head bolt ( F )with supplied M & split washer ( E ) and supplied M8flat washer ( H ) through the hole in the vehicle and through the holes in the bumper corner. Tighten down using a 13mm socket. Repeat the step for the remaining bolt. Repeat step for the other side bumper corner
