ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONA

 This bumper comes complete with LED lights which need to be connected to ae . Failure to properly make these connections could result in damage to the LED lights and or your vehicle and may result in personal injury. If you are not qualify make the proper connections , we highly recommend that contact an installation expert complete the connections.

Removing Factory Bumper

Step 1. Using a 7mm socket locate and remove three factory bolts holding the factory bumper cap onto vehicle Firmly grab bumper end cap and pull back to remove Discard bumper cap and hardware . Repeat step for other side bumper cap.

Step 2. Using a 16mmsocket locate andremove8factorybolts holding the bumper onto vehicle.

Step 3. With help from assistant remove factory bumper from vehicle . Set factory bumper aside in a protected rea.

Installing New Bumper

Step 1. Place supplied mounting bracket onto vehicle line up the holes in the mounting bracket with the holes on the vehicle Place supplied M10x 1.5x25mm hexenal bolt with supplied M10 split washed and M10 flat Washer through the holes in the mounting bracket and onto the holes on the vehicle . Repeat step for remaining bolt . Tighten down using a 16mm socket Repeat step for remaining bolts . Repeat step for other side mounting bracketry.

Relocating Vacuum Canister

Step 2. With help for an assistant place bumper on to vehicle Line up the holes in the bumper with the holes in the mounting bracket.

Step 3. Working underneath the vehicle. PlaceasuppliedM12x1.75x30mmhex head bolt with supplied M12flat washer through the hole in the bumper and through the holes in the mounting bracket . Place asuppliedM12flatwasher and supplied M12 split washer at the end of bolt Slat : asuppliedM12x1.75hex head nut at the end of bolt. Tighten down using a18mmsocket . Repeat step for remaining bold Repeat step for other side of bumper

This completes the installation
