Installation Instructions

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONA

This bumper comes complete with LED lights which need to be connected to ae . Failureto properly make these connections could result in D’Amato the LED lights and or your vehicle and may result in y personal injury . If are not qualia the proper connections , we highly recommend that contact an installation expert complete the connections

Removing Factory Bumper If your vehicle was manufactured before 1996 skip step 1.

Step 1. Locate and remove 2 factory 5 / 16 screws ( white arrows ) and 2 factory 10mm bolts ( black arrows)located on the front of the bumper . Discard factory hardware and-bumper cap Repeat step for other side

Step 2. Using a 15mm socket locate and remove 3 factory bolts on each side of the bumper holding the factory bumper onto vehicle . Discard factory hardware . Atthis time disconnect vacuum canister hose
Note : You will need to relocate the vacuum canister

Step 3. With help from an assistant remove factory bumper from vehicle . Set aside for later use

Step 4. Using a T-25 torx bit locate and remove 2 factory crews holding the factory vacuum canister onto factory bumper . Remove factory vacuum canister from bumper . Set vacuum canister aside for later

Trimming Factory Bumper Note : Only 96 and earlier require fender trimming

Step 1. Place masking tape ( not supplied ) over the area to be cut to protect the finish . Using the dotted line as a guide to cut , begin to trim factory fender
Step 2. Check over your work and make sure there is no missing area . If there is excessive sheet metal grind down with a grinder . Repeat step 1-2 for other side

Relocating Vacuum Canister

Step 1. Locate were the vacuum canister will be relocated as shown

Step 2. Place vacuum canister onto vehicle as shown Secure into place using 2 sheet metal screws not supplied Reconnect vacuum line back onto vacuum canister

Trimming Factory Inner Liner

Step 1. Using the line as a guide to cut . Using a pair cutting shears start to cut vehicle inn fender liner

Step 2.
After cutting the inner fender liner it should look like this Repeat step 1 for other side of vehicle

Installing Mounting Brackets

Step1. Place mounting bracket onto vehicle Line up the holes in the mounting bracket with the holes in theoretical frame . Locate were the vacuum canister willbe relocated as shown

Step 2. Place supplied M10x1 5x35m hex head bolt with supplied M10 split washer and supplied M10 Lat rasher through the hole of the mounting bracket and onto vehicle frame . Tighten down using a 15mmsocket . Repeat step for remaining bolts . Repeat step for other side mounting bracket

Step 3. Once mounting brackets are installed they should look like this

Installing New Bumper

Step 1. Place supplied front hoop onto bumper . Line up the holes in the hoop with the holes in the bumper . Place supplied allen bolt M6x16mm through the holes in the bumper cross bar , supplied pad and  hrough the bumper holes . Start a supplied hex nut M8x1 25with supplied M8 split washer and flat washer at the end of the bolt . Tighten down using a socket . Repeat for remaining bolts

Step 2. With help from an assistant place supplied bumper onto vehicle

Step 3. Place supplied M12x1 . 75x35mm hex head bolt with supplied M12 flat washer through the holes
in the mounting bracket and through the holes in the mounting bracket . Place a supplied M12 flat washer with supplied M12 split washer at the end of bolt Start a supplied M12x1 75 hex head nut at the end of bolt . Repeat step for remaining bolt . Repeat step for other side of bumper

This completes the installation
