Quick Start

Steps
The watch will automatically record your daily activities, click on the touch

Heart rate/blood oxygen
Enter the heart rate/blood oxygen interface, and the watch will automatically
test your heart rate/blood oxygen. Swipe to the right to exit.
Sports
The sports smartwatch has multiple sports modes, choose one sport to exercise,

through Bluetooth, you can view your exercise data in the app.
If you want to pause or end the movement, you can swipe the screen left or right to pause or end the current movement.

Sleep monitoring

After connecting the APP to enable message push, unread messages will be
displayed in the message interface, slide up and down to view the message
list, and click the message list to enter the message details.
Alarm clock
In the “Alarm Clock” interface, click to add an alarm clock, and click the
corresponding alarm clock to enter the alarm edit page, the watch will vibrate
when the alarm time is up.

Music controll
Click the music function icon to enter the music playback interface. In the

Set up
In the “Settings” interface, you can perform various settings on the watch,
including finding phone numbers, screen brightness, screen on time, language,
reset, shutdown, system, etc.
Find phone
Once connected to the app, click the Find Phone feature in the dropdown menu
or settings and the phone will ring/vibrate.
Switch dial
Touch “Switch Watch Faces” on the screen to choose another watch face.
Language
Select the Multilingual feature on Settings, and then have the option to
switch the watch to another language.
Reset
Reset to factory default settings.
