Product Information

The product is a digital device that allows users to connect to available networks, log in, and refresh the network list. It has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. The device generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy, and if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

Product Usage Instructions

  • To connect to a saved network, select “assistant.”

  • To connect to an available network, select “Available network.”

  • To refresh the network list, select “Refresh.”

  • To log in, select “Log in.”

  • If the device causes harmful interference to radio or
    television reception, try one or more of the following measures:

    • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
    • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
    • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
    • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Startup operation

Using a USB cable with a type-c interface, plug one end into the phone charger (or computer) and the other end into the device’s USB interface, and the device will automatically turn on.

Networking Operations

  1. After powering on, the startup animation will be displayed, and then enter the networking prompt interface, Connect WiFi AutoConnetAP;

  2. Take out your phone, click on the WiFi on your phone, find the 2.4G WiFi and connect successfully.

  3. After successful connection, locate the WiFI hotspot AutoConnetAP and connect to it with your phone.

  4. After the phone successfully connects to the hotspot, it will automatically redirect to the IP address: 192.168.4.1 interface.

Login Auto ConnectAP

  1. Click on Configure WiFi, select a 2.4G WiFi as the SSID, and then enter the password for this WiFi; Entering CityCode will fix the city, and clearing the city code will automatically obtain city information based on the IP address.
  2. After completing the above settings, click Save to save the settings information.
  3. The WiFi weather clock restarts based on the above configuration information, and then automatically obtains weather and time information for the set region.

Interface switching

After successful networking, information such as weather and date will be displayed on the screen; Touch the position of the top circle of the device with your hand (as shown in the figure below)

You can switch between different interface displays. The device will also automatically cycle between different Uls every 20 minutes.

Software updates

After the device is successfully connected to the network, it will automatically obtain weather forecasts and check if there are any updates to the device software version. If the latest version is detected, the device will automatically download and upgrade and restart. During the upgrade process, it is strictly prohibited to disconnect the device, otherwise it may cause system upgrade errors caused by device disconnection, resulting in not turning on the device.

  1. Device failed to connect to the network
    Answer : Check if the WiFi type at home is a 2.4G network and if the WiFi signal is good.

  2. After the device is successfully connected to the network, it needs to be replaced with a new plione to reconnect
    Answer : After the device is successfully connected to the network, the SSID oftl,e previous connection will be saved and automatically connected. If you need to replace a different device to connect, you need to turn off the connected SSID and restart the weather clock device. After reaching the distribution network interface, replace the phone and reconnect.

  3. Not turning on
    Answer : Please check if the charger and data cable are in good contact. Please use a 5V output charger.
