Using the Product

Wearing the device

• Remove any eye accessories {e.g., eyeglasses, contact lenses, false eyelashes, etc.) that may hinder you from using the device.
• Wear the device and ensure it fits your eyes properly. Adjust the elastic band to fit your head.

Tip: It is not recommended to use the device for more than 20 minutes at a time.

Power/Normal Mode Button

Massager Programs
Default Setting:

• Soft   Mode: Low Pressure + Plus Heat + Music
• Press POWER button to cyclery changing massager mode: Every time short press/touch POWER button, Audio voice will confirm mode change. (music will stop during this operation, it will auto restore music after 2 senconds)

Air Pressure Button
Press to switch Strong Pressure/No Pressure/Soft Pressure.

Heat Button
Press to adjust the heat level through No Temperature/ Low Heat/High Heat.

Volume/Silent Mode/Next Track Button

• Press to adjust the volume level through Level 4/Level 5/No Volume/Level 1/Level 2/Level 3 (Default).
• Long press to switch background music
• Short press *2 to Switch mute mode/voice mode

Bluetooth Connection
*Bluetooth is activated by default.

• Enable your phone Bluetooth setting, search and connect to “Eye Massager”
• Once the connection is successful, the indicator will turn solid blue.
• After connection, you can play your own music on the device while massaging when in Normal Mode.
• To disconnect, turn off Bluetooth on your phone directly. The indicator will turn solid white.

Note: Once paired successfully, the device will be automatically connected to your phone Bluetooth when turned on each time

Auto-Off Timer
*It is not recommended to use the device for more than 20 minutes at a time.
The device will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of continuous use.

Charging the device
Low Battery Reminder

• When the device is in low battery, the power indicator will flash red slowly.
• When the battery runs out, the device will automatically shut down.
• After low battery alert, switching mode does not repeatedly remind low battery warning voice

Charging
*The device CANNOT be turned on while charging.

• Please use the complimentary Type-C and DC 5V 1A mobile charging (not included) when charging, the power indicator red light is always on
• The charging time is 3.5 hours, and the indicator light is always on green when fully charged

Note:

1. Do not charge the device at the voltage of 6 or higher.
2. Battery life can vary by application and/or operating conditions.
3. If the device has not been used for over 3 months, please recharge it before use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Turn off the device before cleaning. Use a soft cotton cloth dampened with mild detergent to wipe it clean.
2. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or high temperature.
3. Do not disassemble the device by yourself. Otherwise, it may cause damage and void the manufacturer’s warranty.
