TOOL TROLLEY

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Always follow the safety instructions when using the product.

  • Check the tool trolley and the tools for damage before each use.
    Do not use the trolley or the tools when they are damaged.

  • Replace potentially damaged or worn parts only with original accessories. The manufacturer does not accept liability for possible injuries to persons or damage to the trolley and/or tools resulting from the use of non-original accessories.

  • Always be alert. Careless actions may lead to serious injuries.

  • Keep bystanders, children and animals at a safe distance. The user is responsible for injuries to persons and/or damage to their properties.

  • Do not make changes to the trolley and/or the tools. Do not connect external devices to the trolley.

  • Do not mount the trolley on a moving surface or in a vehicle.
    Danger of tilting!

  • Do not place the trolley near stairs or landings.

  • Do not pull the trolley, push instead. When pushing the trolley may tilt and cause injuries.

  • To prevent the trolley from rolling or tilting, it should only be places and moved on an even surface. Slopes of more than 5° are not allowed (fig. B).

  • Leave the brake on the wheels when the trolley is not moved (fig. F).

  • Close and lock all drawers before moving the trolley. Danger of tilting!

  • Never open multiple drawers simultaneously. Danger of tilting (fig. C)!

  • Do not overload the drawers. Danger of tilting (fig. D)!

  • Never stand on the trolley or drawers.

  • Do not bump or shove the trolley. Danger of tilting (fig. E)!

  • Wear appropriate clothing and safety shoes.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The tool trolley is solely intended for storing tools. Use of the trolley for other purposes is not allowed.
  • The trolley and tools are design for personal use only. The manufacturer accepts no warranty when used commercially or industrially.
  • Never let children use the tools without supervision.

COMPONENTS

Components of trolley (fig. A)

  1. Table top with storage space
  2. Grip
  3. Central lock with key
  4. Castor wheel with brake
  5. Static wheel
  6. Lower drawers (6-7, unequipped)
  7. Storage locker
  8. Upper drawers (1-5, equipped)
  9. Lock for drawers

Tools (fig. H-L)

  • Drawer 1: Set of socket wrenches
  • Drawer 2: Set of pliers
  • Drawer 3: Set of combination wrenches, Allen keys, and precision bits
  • Drawer 4: Set of screwdrivers, set of Allen keys
  • Drawer 5: Set of T-type Torx- and Allen keys

Carefully remove the trolley and all accessories from the packaging. Check that all parts are complete and undamaged. When the contents of the packaging is incomplete or damaged, contact your distributor. If possible, save the packaging until the warranty ends.

The packaging material contains plastic bags, foils and small parts, which could be ingested by children. Choking hazard!

USE

  • Opening drawers. Each drawer has a safety mechanism to prevent it from opening accidentally. To open press the knob on the drawer to unlock and simultaneously pull the drawer.
    Never open multiple drawers simultaneously. Danger of tilting!

  • Closing drawers. Push the drawer into the trolley until it clicks into place.

  • Setting the brake. Press down the brake handle on the castor wheel to set the brake (fig. F-1). Push the brake handle up to lift the brake (fig. F-2).

  • Locking the trolley. Turn the key clockwise to lock the trolley (fig. G-1), and counterclockwise to unlock the trolley (fig. G-2).

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Frequent care and maintenance are essential for long, safe and reliable use.

  • Never clean the trolley and tools with high pressure, a steel brush or other hard tools.
  • Do not use chemicals, gasoline or solvents.
  • Clean the trolley with a damp cloth.
  • When the trolley and/or the tools have been smudged with greasy lubricants, use non-aggressive cleaning products.
  • Always keep the moving parts of the trolley and tools sufficiently lubricated.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

  • Store the trolley in a dry, well-ventilated and frost-free space to prevent corrosion.
  • Keep the trolley out of reach of children and unauthorized persons.
  • Always thoroughly secure the trolley during transport to prevent sliding and tilting.
  • Never transport the trolley lying down.

ENVIRONMENT
Your product, accessories and packaging should be sorted for environmentally friendly recycling.

GUARANTEE

This tool has been thoroughly checked in the factory. After purchase date a full 2 year’s guarantee applies to material and production defects. The receipt is also the guarantee card and must be submitted in case of claim to guarantee. In case of possible problems within the period of guarantee, you must contact your purchase address.

Guarantee conditions
If the tool shows defects as a result of material and production defects during the period of guarantee, we guarantee free repair on condition that:

  • The tool has been used properly and for the purpose for which it has been intended.
  • Repairs are professionally carried out by a person appointed by the supplier.
  • The proof of purchase will be submitted.
    If, during the period of guarantee, a defect emerges that cannot be repaired, free replacement of the tools takes place.

Service
After the period of guarantee, should repairs be required we will pay the greatest possible attention to repair the tool.
