Product Information

The Ready Warm 6000 Ceramic is a ceramic heater designed to provide warmth and comfort in any room. It features a temperature knob, a power knob, and an indicator light for easy operation.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before use, ensure that all parts and components are intact.
  2. Connect the heater to a power source.
  3. Set the temperature knob to the desired heat level (0 for off, I for low power, II for high power).
  4. Adjust the power knob to select the desired heat output (- for lower, + for higher).
  5. If the heater reaches extreme temperatures, it will automatically switch off. To reset the heater, unplug it from the power supply and wait for approximately 5-10 minutes. Once cooled down, plug it back in and operate normally.
  6. To use the fan mode for cooling, select the fan option on the temperature knob.
  7. After use, allow the heater to cool down before cleaning.
  8. Clean the heater regularly using a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

  • Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall outlet is grounded.
  • Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of danger.
  • This appliance is for household use only.
  • Do not cover the air inlet or outlet openings while the appliance is operating.
  • Unplug the product while not in use and before cleaning or maintenance.
  • Do not pull from the power cord to unplug or move the product.
  • Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
  • Don’t use the product in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. Keep the heater away from water and other liquids.
  • Keep the product away from flammable materials, surfaces or substances such as curtains or furniture in order to avoid fire hazard.
  • Do not insert any object through the product’s heat outlet or air intake.
  • Remove any flammable materials (e.g., petrol, solvents, spray canisters etc.) or other easy combustible materials (e.g., wood or paper) from the room where the appliance is placed in order to avoid risk of fire.
  • The appliance is not intended to be used by children under the age of 8. It can be used by children over the age of 8, as long as they are given continuous supervision.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, as long as they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Supervise young children to make sure that they do not play with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is being used by or near children.

BEFORE USE

  • WARNING: a slight odour and smoke might appear when heating the device for the first time. This is due to manufacturing materials residues and does not affect the appliance’s operating.
  • Take the product out of its box and remove any packaging materials.
  • Place the heater on a flat surface and away from flammable objects.

  • This heater includes 3 different power levels
  • The temperature can be adjusted from 0 to 40 ºC by turning the temperature knob anticlockwise (-) or clockwise (+).

RESETTING THE HEATER

  • WARNING: the appliance includes a thermal-overload protector to prevent overheating. When the product reaches extreme temperatures, it will automatically switch off and will resume operation only when it is reset.

In order to reset the heater:

  1. Unplug the product from the power supply and wait for 5-10 minutes approx. Allow it to cool down.
  2. Turn the product on again and operate normally.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Always turn off, unplug and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
  2. Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners to clean the product.
  3. Use a soft, dampened and clean cloth to clean the product’s outer housing.
  4. If the heater is not going to be operated for a long period of time, store it in a dry and safe place where it is protected from dust.

DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE AND WARRANTY

  • This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given proper use, as explained in this instruction manual.

The warranty will not cover the following situations:

  • The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault attributable to the customer.
  • The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by persons, not authorised by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
  • Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.
  • The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not apply.
