Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Safely raise the vehicle.
- Step 2: Remove stabilizer bar links and stabilizer bar from the vehicle.
- Step 3: Remove stabilizer bar brackets and bushings from the bar. Cut brackets and bushings using a suitable tool without damaging the bar.
- Step 4: Remove bushings and adhesive completely from the stabilizer bar. Use a razor blade and wire wheel if needed. Prepare the bar surface with paint as necessary.
- Note: Ensure the bar surface is smooth, and free of corrosion, rough surfaces, and tool marks before installation to prevent premature bushing wear.
Installation Instructions
- Step 1: Install new bushings and brackets.
- Before you begin: Ensure the bar can rotate freely, and brackets are not fully tightened until the suspension is at ride height.
- Step 2: Tighten the stabilizer bar end links to 85 lb-ft (115 N-m).
- Step 3: With the suspension at ride height, tighten all bracket hardware to 85 lbs-ft (115 Nm).

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
- Safely raise the vehicle.
STEP 2
- Remove stabilizer bar links and stabilizer bars from the vehicle.
STEP 3
- Remove stabilizer bar brackets and bushings from the bar. Cut brackets and bushings using a suitable tool. Do not damage the bar.
STEP 4
- Remove bushings and adhesive completely from the stabilizer bar. A razor blade and wire wheel may prove helpful. Prepare with paint as needed.
NOTE: Bar surface must be smooth and free of corrosion, rough surfaces and tool marks before installation or premature bushing wear may occur.

- With suspension at ride height, tighten all bracket hardware to 85 lb-ft (115 N-m).
