BEFORE USE

• Take the product out of the box.
• Remove all packaging material. Save the original box.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any visible signs of damage are observed, contact the Cecotec official Technical Support Service immediately.

OPERATION

1. Wash your hair appropriately with water and shampoo. Dry your hair at least 80 %.

2. Plug the device into a power supply and leave it on a heatproof, stable and flat surface.

3. Press the On/off button to turn the device on.

4. Select the desired temperature by pressing the “+” and “-“ buttons and wait for the device to heat up. Temperature can be set from 120 ºC to 200 ºC, in 20-degree intervals.
   Note
   The device turns automatically off after 30 minutes of no operation.

5. Wind a hair section around the barrel, keep the curling iron pressed for a few seconds and then release the hair section.

6. Repeat this step with the rest of the hair strands you want to curl until you obtain the desired hairstyle and allow hair to cool down.

7. Brush your hair.

8. Once you have finished using the device, press the On/Off button and turn it off.

9. Once the curling iron has completely cooled down, clean it with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Turn off and disconnect the device from the mains supply before cleaning it.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
• Place the device on a heatproof surface until it cools down before cleaning or storing it.
• Only use a moisturised and clean cloth to clean the product.
• Do not wrap the cord around the barrel.
• Store the appliance in a safe and dry place and keep it out of the reach of children. You may hang the appliance by the hanging hook.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND WARRANTY

This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given proper use, as explained in this instruction manual. The warranty will not cover the following situations:

• The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault attributable to the customer.
• The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by persons, not authorised by the Cecotec official Technical Support Service.
• Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.
• The warranty service covers every manufacturing defect of your appliance for 2 years, based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not apply.
