Description

Towel radiators in a traditional hot-water heating circuit can be equipped with an electric heating element. In such a case, the heating element shall be installed into a T-piece. The radiator is then heated either by the electric heating element or from a heating circuit. For isolated towel radiators, the heating element shall be installed without the T-piece. The heating element shall be wired via an electric-socket thermostat where the desired temperature is set. Towel radiators with combined heating can be placed in zones 2 and 3 (according to OSN 33 200-7-701, next to a washbasin, bathtub, or shower cabin). In this way, a comfortable heating body can be obtained.
