- When using this product on board, please make sure that the power supply lines and fuses have enough carrying current
- If the AC device is used in the car, RV and yacht, it must be installed by professional perso nnel
- Make sure the power connection is correct
- Do not immerse this product in water
- Do not put cans, beer, etc. into the refrigerator for low temperature freezing
- Do not place any electrical equipment in the refrigerator
- Only professional personnel are required for maintenance service, or please contact your seller
- Do not expose the product to the rain or strong sunlight for a long time
- After receiving and unpacking the refrigerator, please leave it standing for more than 12 hours before use it
Precautions For Use
- When using the refrigerator, please place it in a well ventilated place, which is conducive to heat dissipation. Especially, the gap between the cooling hole on the compression side and other objects must be greater than 100 mm, so as to prevent high temperature from causing failure or affecting the refrigeration effect.
- Do not keep the door open for a long time. The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the refrigerator will cause the refrigerator to form frost and affect the cooling effect.
- Do not clean the refrigerator under water.
- Do not use the refrigerator near the heat source, it will reduce the refrigeration performance of the refrigerator.
- Please use the refrigerator on a flat surface, do not use it on uneven ground for a long time, it may affect the service life of the refrigerator and reduce the cooling efficiency.
Introduction Of Operating
- Temperature control range: – 20 C ~ 20 C
- Standard voltage input range: DC 12V / 24V, maximum not exceeding DC 30V
Refrigerator opening and closing
Connect the correct DC 12 / 24 V power supply. If the refrigerator is in standby mode, the “OFF” character is displayed when the button is touched. At this time, long press the on/ off button for 3 seconds to complete the start- up. After the start-up, the display screen will normally display the current temperature in the container, working mode and other characters. After the start-up delay (1 minute preset from the factory), the refrigerator works in the working mode, and the compressor starts to work for refrigeration. To turn off the refrigerator, press the on/ off button for 3 seconds while the control panel is unlocked.
Refrigerator control panel locking and unlocking
- If the control panel is locked (the child lock icon lights up on the display), press and hold the button for 3 seconds to release the lock.
- If there is no operation for 20 seconds, it will automatically enter the control panel lock state.
Set the refrigerator temperature
- When the control panel is unlocked, press the “up/ down” key +/- to adjust the temperature rise or fall of the refrigerator (a group of temperature values on the display screen flicker to display the current setting value. Each time you press the button, the temperature rises or falls by 1 degree. If you hold the button, you can quickly adjust to the desired temperature value. If there is no change within 5 seconds, the setting value will be saved automatically.
- When the keyboard is unlocked, press the ” M ” key to switch the rapid cooling temperature setting, which can quickly switch the cooling temperature. It can be set to -18°C
Set the compressor working mode
When the control panel is unlocked, press the ” ( )” button to freely switch the compressor w orking mode “Eco I Max”. If you need to cool down to a lower temperature quickly, you can u se the “MAX” mode. If you only need to use the refrigeration or heat preservation function, y ou can set it to the “ECO” mode to save energy and power.
Temperature switching
- Under normal working conditions, unlock the keyboard, press and hold the ” ( )” key for 2 seconds, the temperature symbol will flash and display, press the” +/- ” key to switch between Fahrenheit (°F)/Celsius (°C) temperature display.
Set the low voltage protection function
This product has the function of low voltage protection. When it detects that the battery voltage is lower than the set value, it will automatically turn off the compressor to prevent over discharge from damaging the battery or causing the car unable to start normally. At this time, the screen will display “E1” code prompt. If the voltage returns to normal, the refrigerator will automatically enter the working state one minute later. The factory default is “Medium”. If you need to change it, please follow the following steps:
- Unlock control panel.
- Long press the” ” button for 2 seconds, release it after hearing the buzzer “Di”, and then press the” “button one time. At this time, one of the battery protection level icons “L, M, H” on the display will flash, and then press the “up/ down” button to change the setting.
Specific value refer to the table below:
Battery protection | 12 V turn off | 12 V Turn on | 24 V turn off | 24 V Turn on |
---|---|---|---|---|
Low grade – L | 8.5 V | 10 .9 V | 21 .3 V | 22.7V |
Medium – M | 10.1 V | 11.4 V | 22.3 V | 23.7V |
High grade-H | 11 .1 V | 12.4 V | 24.3V | 25.7V |
WARNING
- If your refrigerator enters the battery protection in advance, it may be because your power supply voltage is insufficient and the low voltage protection value is set too high, or your DC power supply wiring is improper and cannot provide enough current. Check whether the power supply wiring is appropriate, and consider appropriately lowering the battery protection gear.
- In order not to affect the normal start of the car, it is recommended to set the protection level at “H”when using the refrigerator on the car.
Single and double temperature zone function
This product has the function of automatically identifying the temperature zone. Inserting the middle partition, the default is double temperature zone. The left zone is the freezing zone, and the right zone is the refrigeration zone. At this time, the temperature of the freezing zone can be adjusted. Remove the middle partition as a single temperature zone, and the temperature is subject to the actual set value.
Cleaning And Maintenance
- Before cleaning, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply, and wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the refrigerator with a cleaning cloth dipped with an appropriate amount of water or detergent.
- It is not allowed to wash with water directly to avoid damaging electrical components.
- When the refrigerator is not used for a long time, it is necessary to clean the inside and outside of the refrigerator and keep it dry, and take moisture-proof and dust-proof measures to avaid mildew and peculiar smell inside the refrigerator.
Error Code Description
When the compressor, module, fan and temperature sensor are abnormal and the input voltage is too low, the error code will appear on the display screen, and the compressor will stop working. After the abnormality is eliminated, unplug the power supply and plug it in again, the temperature in the refrigerator can be displayed normally, and the compressor cooling mode will start to work after 1 minute.
Specific value refer to the table below:
Error | Problem | Solution |
---|

| Power off for 30 minutes before powering on again. If the fault is not eliminated, the module needs to be replaced.
Troubleshooting
If the product does not work properly
- Check whether the power is on
- Check whether the voltage is too low
- Check all connections from battery to refrigerator for looseness or poor contact
- Check the fuse
- Check whether the refrigerator is turned on
- Check whether the temperature set too high
If the refrigeration performance is poor
- Too much food is put in the refrigerator
- The temperature of the food in the refrigerator is too high
- The door is not closed properly
- Whether the door seal (sealing ring) is damaged
- Whether the ventilation around the refrigerator is good
- The environment temperature is too high
- Incorrect temperature setting
You can hear the sound of “water flowing” in the refrigerator
- This is normal. It is caused by the flow of refrigerant.
When the refrigerator starts, the sound is loud
- Check whether the refrigerator is placed on a flat horizontal surface for use
- Check the surrounding objects for vibration
- At the moment of starting the compressor, when the motor runs from static to high speed, the sound will be a little louder. After the speed is stable, the sound will decrease. It is a normal phenomenon
There are water drops around the shell or door seal
- It is normal for moisture in humid air to liquefy and condense into water droplets when it comes into contact with a lower-temperature shell
