- Place the appliance on an even, heat-resistant surface. Be careful when placing the basket out of the air fryer. Place the handle inwards to prevent spillage of what’s inside. Do not place the appliance near heat sources, places with high humidity levels, or combustible materials.
- Do not insert or allow fingers or foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust openings, as it could cause electrical shock or fire.
- Do not fill the basket with oil to avoid causing a fire hazard.
- Do not touch the interior of the appliance while in operation.
- Always place the ingredients to be cooked inside the basket to prevent them from touching the heating elements.
- Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use or when it is being cleaned. Allow it to cool down completely before attaching or removing parts and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not leave the appliance unsupervised while plugged to the mains.
- Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out according to this instruction manual to make sure the appliance operates properly.
- Do not place the appliance against the wall. Leave a safety distance of 10 cm on the back of the appliance and 10 cm on each side. Do not place any object on top of the appliance when in use.
- Hot steam is released through the air outlet openings of the appliance during operation. Keep your hands and face at a safety distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings. Hot air may come out when removing the basket from inside the appliance.
- Immediately unplug the appliance if you notice black smoke coming out of it. Wait until the smoke disappears to remove the basket from the appliance.
- We recommend the use of gloves when touching the basket and rack.
- Do not try to repair the appliance by yourself.
- Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance.

BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good condition. If there is any immediately.
Before first use
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Take the product out of the box and remove all labels.
- Clean the basket and the basket drawer with hot water, detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Use a damp cloth to clean both the outside and inside of the air fryer. This is a hot air fryer, so do not pour oil into the basket.
- Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
- Place the basket in the basket drawer.
- Release the cord from its compartment at the bottom of the appliance.
- NOTE: do not place any objects on top of the appliance, as this will interrupt the airflow and affect the cooking result.

Follow the steps below to use the air fryer:
- Place the basket and plug in the fryer, the display light will illuminate.
- Press the power icon; the fryer will beep, and the display will show 15 minutes.
- NOTE: if you press the “Interior light” icon, the light will turn on and you will be able to see the cooking status of the food .press the icon again to turn the light off.
- Press the mode icon; the icons will light up as you touch them. The display will show the default temperature and time for each menu. Once you have selected one of the icons, touch the start/pause icon so that the fryer will start to operate. The temperature/time display will count down in minutes for 3 seconds.
- Press the time increase or decrease icon to adjust the cooking time as desired.
- Press the temperature increase or decrease icon to adjust the cooking temperature as desired.
- Press the start/pause icon so that the program you have selected starts. The display will show a countdown with the time remaining until the end of the program and the set temperature, alternating the information in 3-second intervals.
- When the cooking process is finished, the fryer will beep 6 times. The temperature will be maintained, but the time will show “End”. After 15 seconds, the display will turn automatically off.
- NOTE; if you remove the basket the icon will turn off and the heating element and motor will stop working. If you replace the basket, the fryer will resume cooking.
- NOTE: the double heating element icon is active in all programs except the last one. If you want to activate or deactivate it, you will have to press it. If the icon flashes, this means that the heating element will not be activated at the beginning of the program. Similarly, if the icon does not flash, this means that the heating element will be activated at the beginning of the program.
- NOTE : if the lower heating element indicator light is on, it means that it is working. Whereas if

- When the cooking process is finished, the fryer will beep 6 times. The temperature will be maintained, but the time will show “End”. After 15 seconds, the display will turn automatically off.

- NOTE: these settings are indicative only. As ingredients may vary in origin, size, shape, and brand, it cannot be guaranteed that the settings shown below are the most appropriate.
- WARNING : please note that the final result may vary if you decide to use both heating elements to cook the food. By activating the lower heating element, the heat is distributed more intensively inside the basket drawer and, as a result, the food is cooked faster.
- Smaller ingredients require a shorter cooking time than larger ones.
- A larger quantity of ingredients requires only a slightly longer preparation time, just as a smaller quantity of ingredients requires only a slightly shorter preparation time.
- Stirring small ingredients during the frying process optimises the result and can help preventing unevenly fried ingredients.
- Add some oil to the fresh potatoes for a crispier result. Cook the food in the air fryer just after adding oil to it.
- Do not use the air fryer for frying excessively fatty foods (such as sausages).
- Snacks that can be cooked in the oven can also be cooked in the air fryer.
- Pre-made dough requires a shorter preparation time. Pre-made dough requires a shorter preparation time than home-made dough.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the fryer after every use.
Do not use metal utensils or abrasive products to clean the basket and/or
rack, as this may damage their non-stick surface.
- Unplug the fryer from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
- Clean the inside and outside of the air fryer with a damp cloth. The use of a degreasing iquid is recommended to remove any remains.
- Tip: if there is dirt stuck inside the basket and basket drawer, we recommend filling up the basket drawer with hot water mixed with liquid detergent. Place the basket in the basket drawer and leave to soak for about 10 minutes.
- NOTE: remove the basket to allow the appliance to cool down more quickly.
- Clean the interior of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
Storage
- Unplug the fryer and let it cool down.
- Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
- Store it in its original packaging if you are not going to use it for a long period of time.
- Clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food residue. Make sure it is already cold if you have not used the device for a long time.
TROUBLESHOOTING

ingredients in the basket.| Do not fill the basket beyond the max. indication.
The basket is not placed in the basket drawer correctly.| Insert the basket
into the basket drawer until you hear a click and feel that it is fully
tightened.
White smoke comes out of the appliance| You are preparing greasy ingredients.|
When you fry greasy ingredients in the air fryer, a large amount of oil will
leak into the basket drawer. The oil produces white smoke and the basket
drawer may heat up

The basket drawer has some leftover grease.| White smoke is caused by grease
heating up in the basket drawer. Make sure you clean the device properly after
each use.
Chips are unevenly fried| You did not use the right potato type.| Use fresh
potatoes and make sure they stay put during frying.

potato sticks properly to remove the starch.
Chips are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer| The crispiness of
