Product Usage Instructions
Safety Instructions:
Warning:
- Assemble the trolley according to the instructions provided.
- Wear heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
- Avoid over-loading the trolley.
- Avoid lifting, passing, or working under a loaded trolley.
- Regularly grease bearing and beam surfaces and check bolts and nuts for tightness.
Caution:
- Read all instructions before using the product to prevent serious injury.
- Use the trolley flexibly; do not use it forcibly if connections are inflexible.
- Dry the trolley after use to prevent rusting of bolts.
Assembly and Use:
To assemble the trolley:
- Attach the trolley side plates and wheels together using the provided components.
- Connect the hanging ring plate and trolley pin securely.
- Use thickened washers, thin washers, nuts, and wire pins as indicated in the assembly instructions.
Maintenance:
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun to prevent aging of the trolley.

- While iting the load, passing or working or working under a lifting load is strictly forbidden.
- Bearing and beam surface should be greased regularly, and examine the bolts and nuts to make sure that they are tightened

ASSEMBLY AND USE

According to the rail width of your I-beams/H-beam, the trolley must be adjusted with the washers . Assemble the required number of washers equally to the inside or outside of the trolley side plates so that the dimension (W) between the Trolley Wheel Flanges is about 1/5inch( 5mm) greater than the rail beam width of the I-beam /H-beam track.

The washers, the trolley side plates, and the hanging ring plate are assembled on the trolley pin. They must be locked with nuts, in order to prevent the nut from falling off. The end of the trolley pin is locked with a wire pin, and the wire pin is bent with pliers.(Model 0.5- F and Model 0.5-K are the two nuts fixed at the end of the trolley pin)
