the iron is disconnected in case of overheating.
Steam cleaning at home
The device can also be used to clean household items resistant to heat. Damp
steam cleaning is not harmful or toxic, plus it is inexpensive. This natural
cleaning method is beneficial to those sensitive to chemical cleaners or
trying to reduce chemicals at home. It can be used to steam upholstery,
draperies, linens and home textiles for a complete cleaning
Tips
Always test garments by steaming a small hidden area to make sure the garment
operates properly and is ready to use. Always read garment care label
instructions before ironing or steaming clothes and other garments. Small
amounts of dripping might occur during use. If excessive, the garment steamer
may need time to get back up to full temperature. Allow the garment steamer to
reheat. Wearing clothes immediately after ironing or steaming can actually
create creases. Always allow clothing to cool for about 5 minutes after
ironing or steaming before wearing it.

When you have finished using the device, ensure it is thoroughly dried. Turn it back on and lightly steam over an old cloth. This will help remove any residue left in the steam holes. When finished cleaning, turn the garment steamer off by pressing the power button until the power light turns off (about 2 seconds).
- Unplug the appliance from the power supply, empty the water tanks (do it after each use) and allow it to cool down completely.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the device’s surface after each use.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product.
- If scale blocks the steam holes, use a toothpick to remove it.
- If the appliance is not going to be used for a long time, pour out the water in the tank and store the iron in a safe, cool place.
- Always store the garment steamer in an upright position on its base to prevent water leakage.
