Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure the main BOV flange adapter is properly connected to adapt 38mm to the 50mm BOV.
  2. Secure the main flange adapter to the BOV body O-ring for a proper seal.
  3. Connect the main BOV flange to the adapter v-band using the provided Allen-headed bolt.
  4. Ensure the threaded nut side of the v-band is properly positioned to prevent any boost leaks.
  5. Check that the threaded nut has the inset where the threads start to ensure correct tightening.
  6. If the provided v-band flange bolt bottoms out, reconfigure the threaded nut for proper depth and tightening.

  • If not configured in this manner. The provided v-band flange bolt will “bottom out” and it’ll cause an issue/boost leak.
  • The threaded nut, as pictured, has to have the inset to where the threads start. That will give the bolt the proper depth and will tighten correctly.
