Power ON/OFF
Powier ON; Double-cick (1) and the Butooth ndicator will turn on.
Power OFF: Double-clck () and al three indicators il flash three times.
Bluetooth Pairing
Step1: Mount the iPad onto the magnetic panel, double-click 0 to power on
the keyboard, and it will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. In
future use, please press 1 + co to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The Bluetooth
indicator will blink once it enters pairing mode successfully.
Step 2: On your iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth and
then “Inateck KB09117” will show up in “Other Devices”:
Step3: Tap “Inateck KB09117 to pair it with your iPad and then the
Bluetooth indicator will stay solid in seconds, which means that Bluetooth
pairing is completed.

Set Up Your iPad: For better user experience, please follow steps below
to set up your iPad at first use once Bluetooth pairing is completed (using
iOS 16 as an example). For any queries, feel free to contact us. Go to
Settings > General > Trackpad and drag the slider to the middle of the
tracking speed. Go to Settings > General > Trackpad and turn on “Tap to Click”
and “Two Finger Secondary Click”. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch and
turn off AssistiveTouch. Go to Settings > General > Gestures and enable the
toggle for the”Four and Five Finger Swipe” setting. Optional Settings Steps to
stop Caps Lock changing your keyboard language: Go to Settings > General >
Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard and turn off Switch Languages using Caps Lock.
Steps to disable the double tap period shortcut: Go to Settings > General >
Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard and click the switch to turn on’:” Shortcut.
2)Fix Bluetooth Pairing Problems: Step 1: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find
“Inateck KB09117” in My Devices and tap the info button O next to it, then
tap”Forget This Device’: If there are multiple pairing records related to the
keyboard, please clear all of them.
Step 2: Hold simultaneously for 3 seconds and then the three indicators will
blink for 3 times once the facto y reset is completed. Step 3: Pair your
Inateck K809117 with your iPad.

Adjust the Keyboard Backlight
- Hold simultaneously to adjust the backlight color. 7 colors are avaflable total.
- Hold simultaneously to adjust the backiigh brightess. 3 levels are ot your choice.

Restore Factory Defaults
Hold Simultaneously for 3 seconds and then the three indicators will blink for 3 times once the { factory reset is completed.
Charging
When the battery level is under 20%, the battery indicator will blink in red.
Please recharge the keyboard in time.
The recommended charging voltage and current are 5V and 250mA respectively. To
recharge the keyboard, you can connect the included USB cable to the charger
of your cellphone or the USB port of a computer. The keyboard will be fully
charged in 2~3 hours. The indicator will stay in red when the keyboard is
charging and turn green when it’s fully charged.
Sleep Mode
- When KB09117 is left idle for 1 minutes, the backlight will turn off.
- When KB09117 is left idle for 10 minutes, it will enter sleep mode and the Bluetooth connection will be disrupted. The connection can be rebuilt with a press of any key.
Note: Tapping the trackpad cannot wake up the keyboard. !
