Basic Operation of the Headphones
Wireless Pairing
I. First-time Use
- Remove both headphones from the charging case, they will automatically power on or you can touch and hold the touch keys on the (L) and ® headphones for 3 seconds to power on.
- After powering on, the headphones will automatically pair with each other. The main earphone with alternating white and orange lights indicates the primary ear, while the secondary ear flashes orange light once every 5 seconds; the headphones default to low latency mode upon startup.
- To connect the headphones to a device, turn on Wireless on the device and find the headphone’s device name “picun H1” in the Wireless settings and select it to complete the connection.
I. Subsequent Uses
If the device already has the headphones pairing information, upon turning on the headphones they will automatically reconnect and pair with the device.
Connecting to Other Devices
To connect to a different device, first delete the pairing information from the previously paired device, or tap the touchpad on the headphones 5 times to disconnect the link with the phone and enter pairing mode ready to be connected to another phone; then follow the “Wireless Pairing” steps.
Independent Use of a Single Earphone
- Remove either the left or right earphone from the charging case, it will automatically power on.
- After powering on, the indicator light of the left/right earphone will flash alternately in white and orange.
- To pair the earphone with a device, turn on Wireless on the device and find the earphone’s device name “picun H1” in the Wireless settings and select it to complete the connection for single ear mode.
- When using a single earphone, removing the other earphone will automatically pair both earphones and enter dual earphone mode.
In case both earphones cannot be used simultaneously (one side is silent), please follow these steps
- Place both earphones back in the charging case.
- Delete the existing Wireless device name “picun H1” from the phone.
- Repeat the “Wireless Pairing” operation.
Power on
Remove both earphones from the charging case; they automatically power on, or touch and hold the touch buttons on the (L) and ® earphones for 3 seconds to power on.
Power Off
In the powered-on state, long-press the touch button for 5 seconds or place the earphones back into the charging case to turn off.
Volume Adjustment
- Single tap the right earphone’s touch button to increase volume (volume increase only in single earphone use).
- Single tap the left earphone’s touch button to decrease volume (volume increase only in single earphone use).
Song Selection
- Long-press the left ear touch button to play the previous song (In single-ear mode, only the next track function is available.).
- Long-press the right ear touch button to play the next song (In single-ear mode, only the next track function is available.).
Play/Pause/Answer Calls
During music playback, tap the touch button twice to pause the music.
When music is paused, tap the touch button twice to resume playback.
Tap the touch button twice to answer a call when there is an incoming call.
During a call, tap the touch button twice to hang up the current call.
Long-press the touch button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
In Wireless connected state, tap the touch button three times to activate Siri
(voice assistant).
TWS Team Mode (Left/Right Earphone Interconnection)
When both left/right earphones are powered on in pairing mode they will automatically team up
Auto Power Off and Distance Reconnection
The earphones will disconnect when out of the effective range. If returned within 5 minutes to the Wireless range, they will automatically reconnect. If not back within 5 minutes, the earphones will automatically power off.
Battery Status
When connected to an iOS device, the current battery status of the earphones is displayed in the top right corner of the iOS device screen.
Charging the Charging Case
Insert the USB-C charging cable into the charging case. The last digit on the digital screen will flash, and the digital screen will show increasing values according to battery charge level until it displays 100 when fully charged.
Earphone Charging Time
- Earphones with no battery placed in the charging case will fully charge in about 1 hour. In low battery condition, the orange light flashes 3 times every 10 seconds.
- When the earphones are placed in the charging case, the case charges the earphones. In normal charging status, the orange light stays on and turns off when fully charged.
Important Tips
- Please use a 5V-1A/5V-2A charger to charge the charging case. Using a charger with a higher voltage may damage the charging case.
- If the headphones are not used for more than 3 months, please charge them before use.
- For long periods of non-use, it is recommended to charge the headphones once every 3 months to effectively protect the battery’s lifespan.
- Upon receiving the headphones, please fully charge them before using.

Avoid placing the headphones in high-temperature environments, including direct sunlight.
Do not place the headphones near open flames or other excessively hot environments.
Keep the headphones dry and avoid exposing them to damp environments or submerging them in liquids.
Only use the provided charging cable to charge the headphones; do not attempt to charge them using other methods.
Do not disassemble the headphones, and refrain from attempting to repair or modify them in any way.
Be cautious of excessive dropping, impact, scratching, or any behavior that may affect the functionality of the headphones. If any damage occurs, such as dents, punctures, tears, deformations, or corrosion, please stop using the headphones immediately and contact the seller or reach out to us through the contact information provided on the warranty card.
*If the headphones emit an unusual smell, become excessively hot, or show abnormal changes in color or shape, please stop using them immediately and contact the seller or reach out to us through the contact information provided onthe warranty card.
Warning
Prolonged use of headphones at high volumes may cause hearing damage. Please use them responsibly and at moderate volume levels.

Warranty instructions
Please keep the warranty card and valid proof of purchase to present when the product fails to repair, if you cannot provide the warranty card or relevant proof of purchase, the product warranty period will be calculated based on date of delivery of the product.

Within one year from the date of purchase, if the quality of the product fails and the technical staff of the company confirms that the failure of the machine occurs under normal use, free warranty service will be provided.

The Company shall refuse to provide free warranty service and shall only provide repair service free of labor charges and only charge for parts in the following cases.
A. The product has been damaged by misuse, negligent use or force majeure;
B. The product has been dismantled or repaired without the company’s authorization.
C. Crushing, water immersion, shell damage, deformation and other man-made damage.
D. The original warranty card and the sales certificate of the sales unit cannot be provided, and the date of purchase is beyond the warranty period. -
The free service provided by this warranty card does not include accessories, other decorations, gifts, etc.
Product Qualification Certificate
After inspection, the product meets the technical standards and is allowed to leave the factory.
