Frequently Asked Questions
Would this work for the PA system in a baseball stadium?****
Given how regularly I use them for outdoor purposes, it should. It needs a 70v amp that can deliver the necessary watts.
Red, black, white, and green wires are included with the speaker. How to attach them to the 40w Pyle PHSP12 tiny little home power amplifier is not specified, yet.****
The black wire serves as the common wire, and the colored wires are hot leads. It is possible for each color’s output power tap to be 5, 15, or 20 watts. Connect the black wire to the amplifier’s ground and one of the cables to the
- or hot of the amplifier. Even though I’m not sure which line is for what power, it’s a good guess that the red wire is for 20 watts.
Does the speaker function outside?****
Yes. Both an indoor and an outdoor speaker are present.

Can I use the stereo cord from my MP3 player?****
That would be a 70V PA speaker, not a speaker. It is important to use a PA amplifier with a 70V output. On a 70V system, you can connect speakers in series without the impedance changing. The MP3 player you now own is probably only capable of driving 8 ohm speakers.
Does this speaker really come with a transformer if I’m using the Pyle PHSP12 60 watt power amplifier with 25 and 70 volt output?****
Using 5, 10, or 20 W taps, you can individually adjust the volume of each speaker in a system with many speakers.
Does this speaker come with a transformer, as said, if I use the Pyle pcm30a 60 watt power amplifier with 25 and 70 volt output?****
Be aware that the 5, 10, or 20 W taps in a system with many speakers can be used to adjust the volume of individual speakers. The parallel wiring of the speakers is powered up to a maximum of 60 W. To acquire a range of levels from each speaker, for instance, you may utilize up to twelve speakers with 5 W taps or three speakers with 20 W taps apiece.
Can I hook up this PA speaker to the stereo in my car?****
