PRODUCT

Product Information

Specifications

  • Input Impedance: 1M
  • Output Impedance: 100k
  • Current Consumption: ~40mA
  • Voltage: 9V DC (Center Negative)

Product Usage Instructions

Front Controls

The Front Level control sets the volume of the overdriven signal. The Duality knob mixes two discrete fuzz circuits. Set it at minimum for a pure gated saw- tooth wave or crank it up for a tighter high gain fuzz.

Back Controls

To access the back controls, open the magnetic bottom lid. The Blend control mixes the clean input signal with the overdriven signal. The clean signal remains at unity gain while the volume of the overdriven signal is set by the Level knob, allowing for precise control of the blend ratio. The Filter control adjusts the amount of high-frequency content in the fuzz signal.

Power Requirements

The Duality Fuzz has a current draw of 40mA. Only use a regulated 9V DC adapter with a center-negative plug to power the unit. Using unregulated power supplies or higher voltages may lead to suboptimal noise performance and could damage your unit, voiding the warranty.

Warranty Activation

To activate the warranty, register your product at http://mypedal.darkglass.com and enter the serial number located on the back of your pedal. Before shipping a product for warranty service, contact support@darkglass.com via email.

Specs

Controls/Front

  • Level: Sets the volume of the overdriven signal.
Duality: Mixes two discrete fuzz circuits. Set it at minimum for a pure gated saw-tooth wave, or crank it up for a tighter high gain fuzz.

Controls / Back

Open the magnetic bottom lid to access the controls.

  • Blend: Mixes the clean input signal with the overdriven signal. The clean signal remains at unity gain while the volume of the overdriven signal is set by the Level knob, allowing for fine control of the blend ratio.
  • Filter: Controls the amount of high-frequency content in the fuzz signal.
