Product Usage Instructions

Preparing for Installation:

  1. Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture, including the mounting hardware.
  2. Unpack the new fixture and lay out all parts in a clear area. Ensure no small parts are misplaced.
  3. Attach the mounting plate (A) to the outlet box (C) using the provided outlet box screws (B). Make sure the side marked GND is facing out.

Connecting the Wires:

  1. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig.2. Ensure all wire connectors are secured.
  2. If your outlet box has a ground wire, connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect it directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw (E).
  3. Tuck the wire connectors neatly into the outlet box (C).

Completing the Installation:

  1. Align the canopy (H) onto screws (D) and secure with knurled knobs (H).
  2. Install two medium base bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL/LED equivalent following fixture specifications. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.

Your installation is now complete. Restore power to the outlet box and test the fixture.

FAQ:

Q: What should I do if my outlet box does not have a ground wire?
A: In such a case, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw (E) provided.

Q: Can I use bulbs with wattage higher than 60 watts?
A: No, it is important not to exceed the maximum wattage rating\ of 60 watts per bulb to prevent damage to the fixture.

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)

  1. Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture, including the mounting hardware.

  2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.

  3. Attach mounting plate (A) using outlet box screws (B) to outlet box (C) (Not included).
    Note: The side of mounting plate (A) marked “GND” must facing out.

  4. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig.2. Make sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your outlet box (C) has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect fixture’s ground wire directly to mounting plate (A) using green screw (E) provided.

  5. Tuck the wire connectors neatly into outlet box (C).
    COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)

  6. Align canopy (H) onto screws (D) and secure with knurled knobs (H).

  7. Install (2) two medium base bulbs up to 60 watts or CFL or LED equivalent (Not included) in accordance with the fixture specification.

DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the outlet box and test the fixture.
