Product Information
The N7910-696-L Wall Mount Fixture is a product that requires professional installation by a qualified electrician. The fixture can be dimmed with ELV and/or LED compatible wall dimmer switches. The LED module can be replaced by a qualified electrician without cutting wire and without damage to any decorative element to which the fixture is attached.
Precautions
Before installation, it is essential to shut off power at the fuse or circuit breaker box. When handling the fixture, do not apply pressure to the LEDs. Hold the fixture by the base only.
Installation Instructions
- Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box.
- Remove screws (D) and cloth shade (G) from the back plate (F).
- Remove screws (L) and plastic gaskets (K).
- Attach the mounting plate, ground screw, and mounting screws (Set#A-020-178138) to the back plate (F).
- Connect the fixture wires: black or smooth wire to black (hot) house wire, white or ribbed wire to white (neutral) house wire, and green or bare copper wire to green (ground) house wire.
- Attach the fixture to the mounting plate using the mounting screws (Set#A-020-178138).
- If replacing the LED module, apply thermal grease to the LED module (H) for better heat dissipation.
- Replace cloth shade (G) and screws (D) onto a back plate (F).
- Turn on the power.
Note: It is important to use an LED module provided by a specified supplier to ensure compatibility and avoid any potential damage to the fixture.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION (Fig.1)

Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box. If necessary, remove the old fixture and mounting hardware.

Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clean area. Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.

Attach frame (C) to the back plate (F) using the screws (D).

Secure mounting plate (A) to the junction box, not included, using screws (B) (Size: 8-32*1/2’’L). The side of the mounting plate marked “GND” must face out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (FIG. 2) -
Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided. After wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the junction box.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (FIG.1) -
Align fixture back plate (F) onto a mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (E).

Attach cloth shade (G) onto the back plate (F) and secure with screws (D).
CAUTION/ATTENTION : When handling the fixture, do not apply pressure to the LEDs. Hold the fixture by the base only.
IMPORTANT : The fixture should be installed by a qualified electrician to ensure proper wiring and installation.
Replacing LED module
The LED module can be replaced by a qualified electrician without cutting of wire and without damage to any decorative element to which the fixture is attached. See the installation steps for more details (Fig 3.)
- Shut off the power.
- Remove screws (D) and cloth shade (G) from the back plate (F).
- Remove screws (L) and plastic gaskets (K) and carefully separate the glass shade (J) from the back plate (F).
- Remove screws (E) and carefully separate the fixture from the mounting plate (A).
- Remove the wire connectors located inside the fixture back plate to disconnect the LED module.
- Press the button of the printed “L” quick connector on LED module (H) with a screwdriver (not included) to disconnect the black wire and then disconnect the white wire from the printed “N” quick connector on LED module (H).
- Remove plastic screws (I) on the back plate (F). Carefully remove the LED module (H) from the back plate (F).
- Reverse steps b. thru g. for installing the new LED module.
Note: The LED module should be provided by a specified supplier.
For better heat dissipation, the LED module (H) should be applied with thermal
grease when re-lamping.
IMPORTANT: The fixture should be installed by a qualified electrician to
ensure proper wiring and installation.
