Assembly Instructions

1. Unsecure Hexnut (H) from Threaded Collar (I) using Allen Wrench (G).
2. Pass Power Cord (J) through Threaded Collar (I) and adjust the length as needed.
3. Secure Hexnut (H) using Allen Wrench (G) and attach Plastic Clip (L) onto Power Cord (J).

A: No, the bulb is not included with the product. SKU #3499D1 does not come with a bulb.

Assembly Instructions

WARNING

• It is strongly suggested that all hardwired fixtures be installed by a professional electrician..
• To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shocks or personal injuries, always turn off the light fixture and let it cool prior to replacing the light bulbs.
• Do not touch the bulb when fixture is turned on; do not look directly at a lit bulb.
• Keep flammable materials away from a lit bulb.
• Shut off all the main electrical supply from the fuse box/circuit breaker
• Use E26 TYPE A CFL 10W, LED 6W bu lb types and waages. Do not exceed recommended wages

1. Step 1:

2. Remove all parts and hardware from box along with all plastic protective packaging.

3. Unscrew the pre-assembled Canopy Nuts (F) from Mounting Plate(D). Ste Co the the fixt Co

4. Step 2:

5. Unsecure Hexnut(H) from Threaded Collar(1) with Allen Wrench(G).

6. Cross Power Cord(J) into Threaded Collar(I) and adjust length as needed. Secure Hexnut(H) with Allen Wrench(G) and attach Plastic Clip(L) into Power Cord(J).

7. Step3:

8. Gently pull existing wire down from the ceiling junction box and allow wires to hang.

9. Attach Mounting Plate (D) to the ceiling outlet box.

10. Secure the Mounting Plate (D) by tightening 2 Mounting Screw (C) with a screwdriver.

11. Step4:
    Connect the white wire of the fixture to the white wire of the supply circuit. Connect the black wire of the fixture to the black wire of the supply circuit. Connect the Ground fixture wire with the Ground J-Box wire, with the Wire Connector(A) .

12. Step5:
    Place the Canopy (E) against the mounting surface and fasten the Canopy Nuts(F) to the Mounting Plate (D).
