- Keep unassembled parts away from children under 3 years of age, and animals.

- Follow the information on the warnings appearing on the table and the carton. Do not remove the warning label from the cabinet.
- Do not allow children under 3 years of age to use the cabinet.
- Do not use substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer or dealer for replacement parts.
FURNITURE TIP-OVER HAZARD
- Children have died from furniture tip-over To reduce the risk of furniture tip-over:
- ALWAYS install tip-over restraint especially if used by a wall or in the open.
- NEVER put a TV on this product
- NEVER allow children to stand, climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
- NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
- ALWAYS place the heaviest items in the lowest cabinet.
- PARENTAL SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED
- Parents or Guardians should supervise use under the intended age specifically regarding children that may have access to it and climb on the unit.
- Do not allow horseplay on, under, or behind the unit and prohibit jumping on the cabinet.
- If used improperly, your table may be pulled over or fall, creating a risk of injury or damage.

- We do not recommend power screwdrivers. Only use hand screwdrivers to prevent damage to the unit.

ASSEMBLY HARDWARE
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Select M (×4) .Divide M(×4) into Drawer Slide Inner(×4) and Drawer Slide Outer(×4).
- Select 1(×1) and D(×4).Insert Drawer Slide Outer(×2) into 1 with D(×4)
- Select 2(×1) and D(×4). Insert Drawer Slide Outer(×2) into 2 with D(×4)
- Select 3(×2) and B(×4). Insert one side of 3(×2) into 1 with B(×2). Repeat for 3(×2) and 2.
- Select 6(×1) and C(×4). Insert one side of 6 into 1 with C(×2). Repeat for 6 and 2.
- Select 5(×1) and C(×4). Insert one side of 5 into 1 with C(×2). Repeat for 5 and 2.
- Select 4(×1) and A(×4). Insert 4(×1) into the Cabinet with A(×4).
- Select F(×2) and G(×2). Install G(×1) and F(×1) into 1. Repeat the same step for 2.
- Select 7(×1), 8(×1), 9(×1) and E(×4). Insert 7 into one side of 9 with E(×2). Repeat for 8 and 9.
- Install 10 along the grooves of 7 and 8.
- Insert I(×4) into 11.
- Select 11(×1) and J(×4). Insert one side of 11 into 7 with J(×2). Repeat for 11 and 8.
- Select 7(×1),8(×1),12(×1) and E(×4). Insert 7 into 12 with E(×2). Repeat for 8 and 12.
- Install 10 along the grooves of 7 and 8.
- Select 13(×1) and I(×4). Insert I(×4) into 13.
- Select 14(×2) and J(×4). Insert 14(×2) into the hold of 12 and 13. Insert 13 into 7 and 8 with J(×4).
- Select L(×1) and K(×2). Insert L(×1) into 11 with K(×2).
- Select Drawer Slide Inner(×2) and D(×4). Insert Drawer Slide Inner(×1) into 7 with D(×2). Repeat for the other Drawer Slide Inner into 8.
- Select L(×1) and K(×2). Insert L(×1) into 13 with K(×2).
- Select Drawer Slide Inner(×2) and D(×4). Insert Drawer Slide Inner(×1) into 7 with D(×2). Repeat for the other Drawer Slide Inner into 8.
- Carefully insert the drawer box by aligning the inner and outer slides and pushing the drawer into place until clicks on both sides. Repeat for other drawer boxes.
- Note: it may be easier to insert inner to outer by fully extending the drawer slide out.
