1. Connect the OBDSTAR MS80 to the motorcycle.
2. Enter into MOTO DIAG.
3. Click on ‘All’ and input ‘DUCATI’ in the search bar, then click on ‘DUCATI’ to find related models quickly.
4. Select ‘DUCATI latest version’.
5. Select ‘Multistrada 1200’ under ‘Select from vehicle’.
6. Choose ‘Motorcycle Road 2016-‘.
7. Click on ‘Code and reset’.
8. Press ‘Enter’ to proceed.
9. Click on ‘Special Function’ and read the note, then click ‘Agree’.
10. Input ‘123’ and click ‘Enter’.
11. Select ‘Heated grips enabling/disabling’.
12. Click ‘Enable’ and then press ‘Enter’.
13. The heated grips enabling feature is now activated.
