1. To shorten the FLEXYIP1-300 you need the included mounting kit
3 Cutting-off only on marked positions…
3 after cutting off remove the tape (lenght of cap)

mounting kit: screws, caps, neutral curing silicone
04. Fill the cap with sufficient silicone and place it on the FLEXYIP1-300
05. Please wait with the installation until the silicone has cured!

06. To connect the FLEXYIP1-300 you need the included mounting kit
7. Remove the shell at the solder points carefully! Solder new flexible wires (red + / black -) to the FLEXYIP1-300 ( not included in the scope of delivery)
08. Drill holes into the cap with a sharp object.
Mount the cap by lacing the flexible wires through the cap.
09. Fill the cap with sufficient silicone and place it on the FLEXYIP1-300.
09. Please wait with the installation until the silicone has cured!
General instruction notices
- Don’t install under power.
- Follow the instruction manual for installation.
- Installation only by qualified and authorised persons.
- A damaged or defective product must be exclusively changed or repaired by the manufacturer, it’s auxiliary service persons or a comparable qualified person.
- Installation only under observance of the vaild guidelines specific to application and country among others VDE 0.100.
- After shorting or connecting the IP protection is no longer guaranteed by the manufacturer.
- Corrosion defects caused by the contact with condensation or humidity can not be granted
Because of specific characteristics of LED‘s (life, deviation in colour etc.) we formulated special terms for planing and installing our LED products. They are part of this installation manual! Should they not be available, request them please! Don’t look directly into the LED! The LED is that bright that it might damage your eyes!
