Operation
Charging
Please fully charge the EP410 before first use or if left unused for a long period of time. Please use the USB-C charging cable provided to charge the headset. Open the rubber socket protector and plug the charging cable to the changing socket. The LED is constantly on red while charging. When the headphones are fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off.
Note: Please DO NOT use the headphones when charging.
Power On/ Off
Please press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn the headphone on. The LED light flashes 3 times in blue. Please press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds to turn the headphones off. The LED light flashes 3 times in red.
Bluetooth Connection
For the first time use, the headset will enter the Bluetooth pairing status after being powered on properly and LED indicator will flash red and blue. To pair the headset, please select the EP410 IN Bluetooth settings on mobile device’s and click on it to connect. The LED indicator will flash blue after Bluetooth is connected and will turn off. To connect a new mobile device, disconnect the EP410 or disable Bluetooth in the Bluetooth settings of the current device, then select the EP410 on the new device.
Multipoint
The EP410 supports Bluetooth multipoint function allowing automatic switching between two mobile devices after successful pairing. To connect dual devices at the same time:
- Please select EP410 in the system settings on one mobile device to connect, then disable the Bluetooth function on the mobile device.
- Once disconnected, select EP410 in the system settings of another mobile device to connect.
- Restart the EP410 and leave the Bluetooth function on for both paired mobile devices, the EP410 will automatically connect to both devices.

Warranty
This product is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of the original purchase. In the unlikely event of any defect arising due to faulty materials or workmanship, the unit will be either replaced or repaired free of charge ( where possible) during this period. An alternative product will be offered in case the product is no longer available or repairable.
This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty is only valid within the country where the product is purchased.
- The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance to the instructions given in this user manual.
- The product must be used solely for domestic purposes.
- The warranty only covers the main unit, and does not cover the access ones.
- The warranty does not cover the damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident and natural disaster.
- The warranty will be rendered invalid if the product is resold or has been damaged by inexpert repairs. The manufactures disclaim any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
- Please consult our customer adviser before returning any product; we are not responsible for any unexpected product returns.
- Any faulty product must be kept and returned in the original packaging with all the accessories and the original copy of the purchase receipt.
The warranty is in addition to, and does not diminish, your statutory or legal rights.
