Product Usage Instructions

Start:
Long press the Start button until “REC” is displayed on the LCD interface. The device is now ready to monitor. The current record quantity will be shown on the LCD interface.

Setting:
Thresholds and settings can be changed via the cloud platform. You can adjust temperature thresholds, set alarm notifications, share equipment, configure position notifications, and set up automatic flight mode.

Transport:
Place the device inside the goods to begin transportation.

Monitoring:
Monitor temperature, humidity, location, and route through the template cloud platform. Receive notifications via email or SMS when temperature exceeds limits, when the device reaches a designated location, or when it enters flight mode near an airport.

Stop:
You can stop the device in two ways: Long press the Stop button until “REC” disappears from the LCD interface, or instruct the device to stop via the cloud platform.

Report:
When data recording stops, the device will automatically generate a PDF report. Connect the device to a PC via USB to access the report directly. All transportation data is backed up on the template cloud platform and can be viewed using the device ID.

  • Q: What should I do if the device doesn’t upload data to the cloud?
    A: Check that the device is functioning properly and within the measurement range.

  • Q: Can I dismantle the device myself?
    A: Do not take apart the device by yourself to avoid damage.

Instructions

To better experience the real-time monitoring (temperature & humidity, location, track routes), and real-time alarm (SMS, email) of the template wireless temperature recorder, it is recommended to register your business account on the template cloud platform’s official website (staging. template. cloud) and then add the device ID to your account before starting the device.

Start

  • Long press the “Start” button till “REC” has been showing on the LCD interface, and the device is ready to monitor.
  • At the same time, the record quantity also will be shown on the LCD interface.
    (Using default thresholds or changing the thresholds via template cloud platform).

Setting

Thresholds can be changed via the cloud platform. On the page “Device Setting”, we can:

  • Change the temperature thresholds.
  • Add alarm notification personnel.
  • Share equipment with someone.
  • Setting position notification.
  • Set up automatic flight mode.

Transport

Put the device into the goods and begin to transport.

Monitoring

Whether you set up the device or not, you also can monitor the temperature, humidity, location, and route through a template cloud platform.

  • When the temperature is over the limit, the cloud platform will notify the relevant person by mail or SMS.
  • Notify the presupposed person when the device reaches the designated location.
  • When the device arrives near the designated airport, the device will enter the flight mode automatically

Stop

Two ways to end the journey:

  1. Long press the “Stop” button till “REC” disappears from the LCD interface, and the device has been stopped.
  2. Via the cloud platform, inform the device to stop, and the device will respond within one reporting interval in a good signal environment.

Report

  • When recording data, the device will generate a PDF report automatically. Via USB cable connected to PC can access it directly.
  • On the template cloud platform, the whole transportation data will be backed up and can be viewed through the device ID.

Cautions
Please read the following notes carefully before using them:

  • When you find that the device doesn’t upload the data to cloud, Please confirm that the device is working properly.
  • Please confirm that the device is working in the range of measurement.
  • Don’t use external force to impact the device.
  • Don’t take apart the device by yourself.
  • Please keep the device away from fire.
  • Don’t put the device into liquid.
