IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
- Fully charge the unit before first use or if the unit has not been used for a long time.
- To maximize battery life, it is highly recommended that you fully charge your battery every three months.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or replace the battery or batteries.
- This unit is not intended to be used by people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or those who lack experience and knowledge.
- Children must always be supervised around this unit.
- When charging the unit, DO NOT expose it to open flames or cigarettes.
- DO NOT insert foreign objects into the input and output ports.
- DO NOT move the unit if it is being charged or while it is in use.

- Battery acid can cause eye and skin irritation.
- In the case of contamination of eyes or skin, flush affected areas with running clean water and contact poison control immediately

- To reduce the risk of battery explosion, follow all safety information instructions and those published by the battery manufacturer.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR DEVICE
TO RECHARGE YOUR DEVICE
The Powerboost 1500 Lithium Jump Starter contains a 74Wh lithium battery pack.
Charge the product with the included 60W silicone cable and a PD 60W wall
adapter (not included) or a PD car charger (not included).
Note : Fully charge the battery at least once every three months.
Overloading the battery or storing it for too long without charging it may
cause permanent damage.
HOW TO USE THE DEVICE
Step 1 : Charge the Power boost 1500 Lithium Jump Starter.
- The Power boost 1500 lithium jump starter comes partially charged out of the box and needs to be fully charged prior to first use.
- We recommend not charging and discharging the unit at the same time.
- The time to recharge the unit will depend on the power supply used.
- As a guideline, a PD 60W wall adapter takes approximately 50 minutes to charge from 0 to 80%.
Step 2 : Connect to the battery.
- Connect the battery clamps to the unit by connecting to the 12V out port.
- Connect the positive (red) battery clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal.
- Connect the negiative (black) battery clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal or vehicle chassis.
- When disconnecting, disconnect in the reverse sequence, removing the negative first
Step 3 : Jump starting
- Before beginning, make sure all the vehicle’s power loads are turned off before attempting to jump start the vehicle.
- Turn on the power button.
- Try starting the vehicle. Most vehicles will immediately start. Some vehicles may take up to 30 seconds before stargting.
- If the vehicle does not start right away, wait 30 seconds and try again.
- Do not attempt more than three consecutive jump starts within a 15 minute period.
- Allow the Powerboost 1500 to rest for 15 minutes before attempting to jump start the vehicle again.
- Once your have started your vehicle, disconnect the cable clamps and remove the Power boost 1500
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Before cleaning, ensure the unit is switched off and disconnected from the power supply.
- Clean with a damp cloth only.
- Do not use any abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Ensure all components are completely dry before storing the unit.
BE AWARE
- If the Power boost 1500 temperature climbs higher than 55 degrees or lower than -10 degrees, the unit will immediately stop and a warning icon will flash at 1 second intervals.
- The Power boost 1500 is designed with 100% maximum safety protection. Manual override (removing all protections) to force jump start engines is not possible.
- The Power boost 1500 is designed to jump start 12V lead acid batteries down to 2V only.
