Mounting the Monitor
Unpacking
Important! It is recommended that two people perform these steps to unpack the
arm. Hold the two halves of the arm together while another person cuts the
packing cable. Slowly release the pressure on the spring arm and allow it to
gradually stretch to its full extension.
Attaching the Arm to a Wall
Wood Wall Studs
- Mark the stud location with a pencil.
- Place a level along the side of the mounting plate and use it as a template to mark the hole locations.
- Drill a hole 2.2 inches (55 mm) deep using a 3/16-inch (4.5 mm) bit.
- Attach the arm to the wall using washers (W-C) and screws (W-A).
Masonry or Concrete Wall
- Mark hole locations using the mounting plate as a template.
- Drill a hole 2.4 inches (60 mm) deep using a 3/8-inch (10 mm) masonry bit.
- Tap wall anchors (W-B) into the holes and attach the arm to the wall with washers (W-C) and screws (W-A).
Mounting a Monitor to the Arm
- Slide washers M-C onto the appropriate screws.
- Screw two mounting screws (M-A or M-B) into your monitor’s top two VESA holes, leaving approximately 3 mm between the screw and the monitor.
- Hang the monitor on the VESA plate’s top notches using the installed screws.
- Screw the remaining mounting screws and washers through the bottom VESA holes.
- Tighten all mounting screws securely using a hex wrench or Phillips screwdriver.

The Gabor Levitouch wall-mount monitor arm will support a monitor from 17 to
32 inches that weighs up to 19.8 pounds. This monitor arm is designed to be
inconspicuous and take up minimal wall space while it offers optimum viewing
angles whether you’re sitting or standing. The articulating arm has adjustable
gas-spring tension that ensures monitor stability and glides into place when
changing the monitor’s height, tilt, and orientation.
Once it’s positioned, it will stay in place without slipping or shifting. The
arm’s VESA plate accommodates monitors with 75 × 75 and 100 × 100 VESA
patterns.

Mounting the Monitor

Use Caution Unpacking the Arm
- Hold the two halves of the arm together while another person cuts the packing cable.
- Slowly release the pressure on the spring arm and allow it to gradually stretch to its full extension.
Attaching the Arm to a Wall
Wood Wall Studs
Optional: Use a stud finder to locate the studs in the wall.
- Mark the stud location with a pencil.
- Place a level along the side of the mounting plate, and use the plate as a template to mark the location of the holes.
- Use a 3/16-inch (4.5 mm) bit to drill a hole 2.2 inches (55 mm) deep.
- Attach the arm to the wall with the washers (W-C) and screws (W-A).
- Once the Arm is attached, place the caps (B) into the holes.
Masonry or Concrete Wall
- Place a level along the side of the mounting plate, and use the plate as a template to mark the location of the holes.
- Use a 3/8-inch (10 mm) masonry bit to drill a hole 2.4 inches (60 mm) deep.
- Tap the wall anchors (W-B) into the holes, and attach the arm to the wall with the washers (W-C) and screws (W-A).
- Once the Arm is attached, place the caps (B) into the holes.
Mounting a Monitor to the Arm
Note : Hand-thread one of the M-A or M-B screws to determine which one fits your monitor.
- Slide washers M-C onto the appropriate screws.
- Screw two of the mounting screws (M-A or M-B) into your monitor’s top two VESA holes with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not screw them in all the way. Leave approximately 3 mm between the screw and the monitor

Use the two installed mounting screws to hang the monitor on the VESA plate’s two top notches.
Important! The washer (M-C) should be between the screwhead and the VESA plate. -
Screw the two remaining mounting screws (M-A or M-B) and washers (M-C) through the bottom two VESA holes.

Tighten the mounting screws with the hex wrench (C) or a Phillips screwdriver.
75 × 75 VESA Pattern
- Use the two installed mounting screws (M-A or M-B) and washers (M-C) to hang the monitor from the VESA plate’s two keyholes.
- Screw the two remaining mounting screws (M-A or M-B) and washers (M-C) through the lower two 75 mm VESA holes.
- Tighten the mounting screws with the hex wrench (C) or a Phillips screwdriver.
Important! The screws should be tightened until snug. Don’t over-tighten.
Adjusting the Arm’s Gas-Spring Tension
When the arm is adjusted to the ideal tension, it will hold the monitor in position indefinitely.
To adjust the arm’s tension, follow these steps:

Support the monitor with one hand, and position the arm and monitor so the arm is horizontal.

If the arm drops due to the weight of the monitor, use the hex wrench (C) to turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise toward the + icon.

It the arm rises, use the hex wrench to turn the adjustment screw clockwise toward the – icon.
Important! Do not overtighten or overloosen the tension adjustment screw. -
To avoid damage to the monitor or mount, always support the monitor with one hand, and keep the arm in a horizontal position while making adjustments.
Adjusting the Monitor Tilt Angle
- If the tilt angle of the monitor won’t move, use the hex wrench (C) to slightly loosen the screws on both sides of the VESA plate.
- Adjust the screen tilt angle, and retighten the screws
Adjusting the Arm Swivel Tension
Adjust the swivel tension by tightening or loosening the two adjustment screws at both ends of the lower arm with the hex wrench (C).
Cable Organization
- After the monitor is installed, keep your cables neat and organized by running them through the cable channel on the column.
- Use the hex wrench (C) or a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the cable channel covers in place. Bundle your cables through the channel, and screw the cable channel covers back on.

One-Year Limited Warranty

This Gabor product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty provider’s responsibility concerning this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider.

If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.

To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Gabor Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number, and return the defective product to Gabor along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser’s own risk and expense.
