  • Check the entire power cord and plug for any damage

    • If there is any damage, please Contact us

    • If there is no damage to cord or plug, please try plugging the cord into multiple working outlets

    • Check circuit breaker to see if it tripped

    • Unplug machine and wait 20-30 minutes

    • Plug back in and start machine again
