In-Use Screen:
Press OK to start the massage after selecting a Massage program. On the Body Scanning screen, adjust the back mechanism using the arrows to match your shoulder height. Tap OK to start the massage. -
Home Display Screen:
The Home Display Screen shows Time Remaining, 4D Intensity Level, Indicators, Adjustments Menu, Back Roller Position, Active Airbags, Pause Massage, and Air Massage Menu. Tap the screen to adjust heat, rollers, and 4D Intensity. Use the Adjustments Menu and Air Massage Menu for further customization. -
Adjustments Menu:
To access Manual Massage, tap Manual on the home display screen. Here you can control Back Massage Technique, Additional Settings, Focus Zone, Back Mechanism Adjust, and Massage Width for a personalized massage experience. -
Manual Massage:
Use the Manual display screen to target specific areas that need more attention. Control the massage technique, back heat, foot rollers, calf rollers, range of motion, location of the back mechanism, and width settings. -
Air Massage Menu:
Access the Air Massage Menu to adjust air massage settings for a comfortable experience. Customize air massage intensity and location to suit your preferences.

How do I start a massage program?
To start a massage program, select one from the menu and press OK. Follow the on-screen instructions to adjust settings and begin the massage. -
Can I customize my massage experience?
Yes, you can personalize your massage by adjusting heat, rollers, intensity levels, and air massage settings using the menus on the screen.
In-Use Screen
After a
Massage program is selected, you will be taken to the Body Scanning screen.
Once the body scan is complete, you can use the arrows to adjust the back
mechanism up and down to match your specific shoulder height. Press OK to
start massage.

After adjusting your shoulder height, you will be taken to the In-use screen
where you can observe all current settings and session information. To
personalize your massage, tap the screen to adjust heat, rollers, and 4D
Intensity. To tailor your massage to your exact needs, use the Adjustments
Menu and Air Massage Menu found at the bottom of your screen. Tap icon on
screen to go to respective menu.
Manual Massage
Have a particular spot that needs more work? Take the power of massage into
your own hands with Infinity Control. Tap Manual on the home display screen to
enter the Manual display screen.

Back – Massage Technique
Controls the massage technique of the back mechanism. Tap a second time to enter a faster variation of that technique
Number in top right corner represents variation. Rolling only one speed. -
Aditional Settings
Controls features of your chair such as Back heat, Reflexology Foot rollers, and Kneading Calf rollers. -
Focus Zone
Controls the range of motion of the back mechanism.- Point stops on the track for targeted relief. Tap screen to select setting.
- Partial travels a short distance and reverses direction for focused relief.
- Full travels the entire length of the track.

Back Mechanism Adjust
- Controls the location of the back mechanism. Location indicated by red dots on figure.
- Location can only be adjusted in Partial and Point modes.

Massage Width
- Controls width settings of back mechanism. Width indicated by yellow dots on figure.
- Width can’t be adjusted when in Kneading, or Swedish modes.
