INTRODUCTION

The Hydroflo Training Bag is ideal for cardio, endurance, balance, and strength training. Create weight instability for a challenging total body workout by filling this bag with up to 44 lb / 20 kg of water and air.

WHEN FILLED WITH WATER, THE HYDROFLO TRAINING BAG WEIGHS APPROXIMATELY UP TO 44 LB / 20 KG.
TO AVOID WATER FROM LEAKING, ALWAYS ENSURE THE VALVE SPRING IS IN THE UP POSITION AND THE VALVE CAP IS SCREWED IN PROPERLY.

  1. STEP 1
    Locate the valve cap and unscrew the cap.

  2. STEP 2

  3. STEP 3
    Push down pin again to close valve.

  4. STEP 4
    Take the air pump and secure the hose nozzle into the valve openingEverlast-

  5. STEP 5
    Continue to pump air into the Hydroflo Training Bag until it is firm.

  6. STEP 6
    Twist out and remove the hose nozzle from the valve opening.Everlast-

  7. STEP 7
    Screw the valve cap back to close.

WORKOUT

To get the most out of your workout, it is essential to include warm-up and cool-down exercises. These stages help to prepare your muscles, increase heart rate and blood circulation, and optimize oxygen intake. Be sure to start and finish each session with these practical steps.

  1. RHYTHM LIFT
    Begin by placing the Hydroflo bag to the side and level with your knee. Lift the bag upward and diagonally above your head. Then slowly guide the bag down towards the opposite knee, following the direction of the water flow .Everlast-AD07747-9267IS-0523-Hydroflo-Fitness-Bag-

  2. OVERHEAD LIFT & PRESS
    Begin with your legs apart and parallel to your shoulders. With your back and arms straight, bend forward and hold the bag between your feet. Use your tiptoes to lift the bag at knee level. Then, lift the bag and extend your arms overhead. Slightly bend your knees to maintain a straight spine.

  3. FRONT SQUAT
    Hold the bag against your chest, grab the side comfort handles with palms out. Rest the bag on the elbow crease and begin to squat slowly.Everlast-

  4. BACK SQUAT
    Place the bag behind your head by the side straps, with your palms facing outwards. Ensure that the straps are positioned behind your head and begin to squat slowly.
