EVERLAST AD07515 Elite Hyperflex Free Standing Heavy Bag

ATTENTION: Do not operate with both springs fully locked or the unit may be damaged. Each spring lock needs to be at the top or bottom position. Do not lock in the middle or the unit may be damaged. Do not operate otherwise or the unit may be damaged.

Don’t rock the unit from side to side. Care should be taken when using and disusing this unit. Always allow a clear space measuring at least 2m width and 2m long directly in front/behind the equipment.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Step 1: Fill the base (A) with water or sand as shown in Figure A and B. Alternatively, fill 100% sand then add water to make the base heavier and more stable. Then tighten the base cap (B).
• Step 2: Attach the bottom pole (H) to the base and use an Allen wrench (M) to secure the bolts (0).
• Step 3: Attach the bottom spring (G) to the bottom pole (H), insert the middle pole (F) into the bottom spring (G).
• Step 4: Loosen the height adjustment knob (K) on the middle pole (F), insert the top pole (E), and tighten the height adjustment knob (K).
• Step 5: Attach the top spring(D), then the strike bag (C).

Make sure all parts assembled are correct and secure before use.

ATTENTION

• To avoid damage to the springs, please be sure to set the spring lock in the correct position before use.
• Never use the Elite Hyperflex strike bag with both springs in lock position.
• Note: Push the base to move the product. Do not bend the product while moving it.
• Note: This item is for indoor use only.

3 WORKOUTS IN 1
Elite Hyperflex Free Standing Heavy Bag uses a dual-locking spring system. A Neck Spring right below the Strike bag, and a base spring above the Base. By locking or unlocking these two springs you can achieve 3 unique Strike Bag Settings: Speed Flex, Straight Flex and Hyperflex. Never use the Hyperflex Strike Bag with both springs in the lock position.

1. Reflex – Unlock the bottom, lock the top.
2. Speed – Lock the bottom, unlock the top.
3. Hyperflex – Unlock top and bottom. (Advanced Training)
