WARNING! This product is sold for use in high-risk activities. Before
using this product, read all enclosed information. Read the entire manual
before assembling or using the product. Retain this manual for future
reference.
PLEASE INVENTORY ALL COMPONENTS TO ENSURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR
ASSEMBLY. INSPECT ALL PRODUCT PARTS TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED
IN SHIPMENT/DELIVERY. DO NOT USE IF ANY PRODUCT PART IS DAMAGED.
STEP 1. Prepare the air pump by attaching the hose to the pump valve.
STEP 2. Make sure the locking cap is on the end of the hose, then insert
into the air valve and twist to lock in place. STEP 3. Fully fill the air
channel. STEP 4. Disconnect air hose and close cap. STEP 5. Open the
large cap of the water valve. You should be able to see into the bag. Fill
with water to desired amount, max fill will be 100 Ib / 45.36 kg using hose.
The top of the bag will not fully inflated.
STEP 6. To make the
bag fuller, we suggest filling the rest of the water chamber with air. Add the
smaller cap of the water cap valve. Make sure that the locking cap is on the
end of the hose, insert into the air valve and twist to lock in
place.
STEP 7. Inflate the bag fully using the plastic pump. Remove
the hose and close the cap. Hang bag. WARNING: HIGH RISK ACTIVITY AND

contact sports, including boxing, martial arts, mixed martial arts, fitness,
weight training, and kick-boxing. Consult a physician prior to starting any

negligence or other fault of Everlast, including but not limited to equipment
malfunction. Before each use inspect the equip- ment to ensure full working
condition. Keep away from children.
The EVERLAST HYDROSTRIKE Air Core Heavy Bag is not a toy. Please do not allow
children to use it without adult supervision. Similarly, before allowing
people unfamiliar with the heavy bag to use it, instruct them on basic safety
and form. The user must accept full responsibility for the safe and proper
assembly and use of all equipment.
