Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Preparing for Installation
Before starting the installation process, ensure you have all the components from the kit. Do not discard the packaging until the product is successfully installed.
Step 2: Installing D-Seal and Foam
Follow the instructions to install the D-Seal and Foam to the specified locations as shown in the illustrations.
Step 3: Installing Lower Mount
Remove the stock bolt from the Cage and replace it with the provided Stud. Repeat for the opposite side. Install the Lower Mount onto the Studs and Cage using the provided hardware, but do not tighten yet.
Step 4: Installing Upper Mount and Upper Filler
Install the Upper Mount and Upper Filler to the Frame with the provided hardware, ensuring not to tighten completely.
Step 5: Installing Hood Mounts
Follow the instructions to install the Hood Mounts onto the machine, mark hole locations, drill holes, and secure them with hardware as shown.
Step 6: Finalizing Hood Mount Installation
Secure the Hood Mounts to the machine with the provided hardware, ensuring a tight fit on both sides.
Step 7: Installing D-Seal, Cam Latches, and Wiper
Attach the D-Seal to the Windshield, install Cam Latches to secure the Windshield, and assemble the Wiper components as instructed.
Step 8: Attaching Windshield to Lower Mount
Place the Windshield onto the machine and secure it to the Hinges on the Lower Mount with the provided hardware. Ensure all hardware is tightened properly.
Step 9: Finalizing Installation
Engage Latches, align the Windshield to the machine, and tighten all hardware. Secure the Windshield to Hood Mounts with previously installed Straps when in an open position.
Step 10: Final Touches
Complete installation by inserting Grommet into Windshield as specified.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I transport my vehicle with the Windshield installed?
A: SuperATV does not recommend keeping the Windshield installed while transporting on an open-air trailer. It is advised to remove or secure it with straps.

Operating any off-road machine while, or after, consuming alcohol and/or drugs increases risk of bodily harm or death. No warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect user from severe injury or death. SuperATV® urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.
- By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, user agrees that should damages occur, SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
- SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers’ products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warrantied if item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.
- Installing, adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket product to your ATV/UTV may violate certain local, state, and federal laws. Be advised that laws vary depending on town, city, county, state, etc. Use of certain products on public streets, roads, or highways may be in violation law. The Buyer is solely and exclusively legally and personally responsible for any violation of the law by the installation or use of the product. You must abide by all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to vehicle safety, traffic laws, and ordinances. It is your responsibility to know the laws and how they apply to you.
- The Buyer is responsible to fully understand the capability and limitations of his/her vehicle according to manufacturer specifications, warnings and instructions and agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any damage resulting from failure to adhere to such specifications, warnings and/ or instructions. The Buyer is also responsible to obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances when operating his/her vehicle while using this product, and the Buyer agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any violation thereof.
- Install Foam and D-Seal to locations shown.

Remove (1) stock bolt from Cage.

Install provided Stud.

Remove remaining bolt.

Repeat for opposite side.

Install Lower Mount onto Studs and Cage.

Do not remove Studs. Secure Lower Mount with hardware shown. Repeat for opposite side; do not tighten.

Remove Studs and add hardware shown; do not tighten.
- Install Upper Mount and Upper Filler to Frame with hardware shown; do not tighten.
- Place Hood Mount – R onto machine in location shown.
- Measure over approximately 1-3/4”.
- Mark hole locations in Hood Mount – R onto plastic.
- Remove Hood Mount – R and drill holes through plastic. Holes to be large enough for 6mm bolts.
- Repeat steps for driver side.
- Secure Hood Mount – L to machine with hardware shown; tighten.
- Repeat for passenger side.
- Install D-Seal to Windshield.

Separate Cam Latches and install to Windshield; tighten.

Separate components shown from Wiper and assemble to Windshield; tighten.

Install Wiper and Handle; tighten.
- Place Windshield onto machine.
- Secure Windshield to Hinges on Lower Mount with hardware shown; tighten.
- Engage Latches and align Windshield to machine.
- TIGHTEN ALL HARDWARE.
- When Windshield is in open position, secure Windshield to Hood Mounts with previously installed Straps.
