Product Usage Instructions
- Pull the supply wires and ground wire up through the fixture chain alternating links.
- Push the ends of the supply wires and ground wire up through the canopy loop and into the outlet box. The remaining slack wire will be pushed into the ceiling canopy.
- Connect the black or red wire (hot) from the outlet box.

Bulbs will not light

PREPARATION
- Before beginning assembly of a product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with the package contents list and hardware contents list.
- If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

Installation Instructions
If the ceiling canopy is not snug against the ceiling, remove it from the crossbar assembly. Adjust the length of the pre-assembled nipple by unscrewing the pre-assembled hex nut. Screw the nipple in or out of the crossbar until the correct length is achieved. Then, re-attach the ceiling canopy.
- A: Adjust fixture chain length.
- B: Install fixture chain.
- A: Pull the supply wires and ground wire up through the fixture chain alternating links.
- B: Push the ends of the supply wires and ground wire up through the canopy loop and into the outlet box. The remaining slack wire will be pushed into the ceiling canopy.
- Trim excess fixture wire leaving a minimum of 6 inches hanging out of the outlet box.
- Separate the smooth side and ribbed side of the supply wire.
- Using wire strippers, strip each wire 1/2 inch from the end.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Wipe clean using soft, dry cloth or static duster.
- Always avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives to clean fixtures as they may damage the finish.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
- Bulbs will not light.
- The fuse blows or the circuit breaker trips when the light is turned on.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
- The bulb is burned out.
- The power is off.
- Faulty wire connection.
- Faulty switch.
Crossed wires or power wire is grounded out.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
- Replace the light bulb.
- Make sure the power supply is on.
- Check wiring.
- Test or replace the switch.
Check the wire connection.
