Product Information
The QSF5588AN and QSF5588MBK are fixtures designed for home lighting. These fixtures come with a fixture body, glass shade, socket collar, crossbar assembly, wire connectors, outlet box screws, and a green ground screw. The recommended bulb type for this fixture is Type A with a maximum wattage of 100W and a medium (E26) bulb base.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before beginning installation, turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box or the main fuse box to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- Install the crossbar assembly by following the instructions provided in the manual.
- Install the fixture body by attaching it to the crossbar assembly and securing it in place.
- Connect the white wire from the supply to the white wire on the fixture, the black (or red) wire from the supply to the black wire on the fixture, and the ground wire from the supply to the green ground screw on the fixture.
- Install the glass shade and bulb by referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage. Ensure that you use bulbs specified by the markings and/or labels on the fixture to avoid the risk of fire.
- After installation is complete, restore electricity and test the fixture to ensure it is working properly.
- To maintain your fixture, wipe it clean using a soft, dry cloth or static duster. Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives that may damage the finish.
