Product Information
The BAW3122PK and BAW3122WS are ceiling fans manufactured by Quoizel. The fans come with a remote control and four LED bulbs. The fans are designed for ceilings up to 11 feet high and can support a weight of up to 50 lbs (22.72 kg). Longer downrods are included for angled ceilings or ceilings 12 feet or higher. The fans cannot be used for ceilings with an angle greater than 10 degrees.

Step 1: Install Glass Panels
Assemble the glass panels so that the side edge is hidden behind the vertical bars.
Step 2: Install Hanger Frame
Secure the hanger frame to the support structure using wood screws and drill a 9/64 pilot hole. If the hanger frame is being secured to an existing ceiling fan-rated outlet box, use machine screws instead of wood screws.
Step 3: Choose Rod
Select the standard downrod for ceilings up to 11 feet high. For angled ceilings or ceilings 12 feet or higher, use the longer downrod provided.
Step 4: Install Rod to Fixture Body
Remove the pin, install the ceiling canopy and ceiling canopy cap, remove the set screws on the fixture body, install the set screws, install the pin, and finally install the rod.
Step 5: Install Rod to Hanger Frame
Attach the rod to the hanger frame.
Step 6: Install Safety Cable
For concrete ceilings, drill a 5/16 pilot hole and install the safety cable.
Step 7: Wiring
Connect the white wire from the outlet box to the white wire from the receiver with the label N. Connect the black wire from the outlet box to the black wire from the receiver with the label AC L. Connect the black (or red) wire from the outlet box to the black wire from the receiver with the label AC N. Connect the green ground screw on the crossbar to the bare or green ground wire from the outlet box.
Step 8: Place Controller to Hanger Frame
Connect the white wire from the receiver with the label N to the white wire
from the fixture identified with the label N. Connect the black wire from the
receiver with the label MOTOR L to the black wire from the fixture identified
with the label MOTOR L. Connect the blue wire from the receiver with the label
LIGHT L to the blue wire from the fixture identified with the label LIGHT L.
Connect the ground wire from fixture to ground wire from hanger
frame.
Step 9: Install Ceiling Canopy and Cap
Install the ceiling canopy and cap.
Step 10: Install Fan Blade
Remove and attach fan blades as necessary and install blade assembly nut.
Step 11: Install Bulbs
Install four correct bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage.
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, install or operate the product
- RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – Before beginning installation, turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box or the main fuse box.
- RISK OF FIRE – Use bulbs specified by the markings and/or labels on the fixture.
- RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY – DO NOT bend the blades when installing the fan, or cleaning the fan. Do not insert foreign objects in between rotating fan blades.
- RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR PERSONAL INJURY – mount to outlet box marked (acceptable for fan support of 22.7kg(50lbs) or less) and use mounting screws provided with the outlet box.
- All set screws must be checked, and re-tightened where necessary, before installation.
- After making the wire connections, the wires should be spread apart with the grounded conductor and the equipment-grounding conductor on one side of the outlet box and the ungrounded conductor on the other side of the outlet box.
- Suitable for use with solid-state speed controls.
- use only with light kits marked suitable for use in damp locations.
- This unit weighs 8.1 kg (17.82 lbs).
CAUTION
- For your safety, read instructions completely before beginning installation.
- If in doubt about electrical installation, consult a licensed electrician.
- Disconnect fixture from the power source before replacing bulbs or cleaning. Make sure the bulbs are given sufficient time to cool be before removing.
TOOLS REQUIRED
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Wipe clean using soft, dry cloth or static duster. Always avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives to clean fixture as they may damage the finish.
